2- The vehicle was in good condition

my best experience since years. Very reactive agency. I have to change the car during the week and it was done very quickly at my hotel. All perfect.

We rented 2 SUVs for a family of 9 for a week in Crete. The check-in and check out at Chania Airport were friendly, quick and efficient. The cars were clean and had no problems. What is more, they have the closest parking to the terminal. Top Marks !

Kydon Rent a Car were fantastic. When we arrived at Chania Airport arrivals desk staff were welcoming and polite. Speedy service and we were on our way within 10 mintues. Our car did have a few dents and scratches which they knew of and said to take photos but was really clean and gave us the freedom to explore Crete :). I definitely recommend this car hire company if you are visitng Crete, I couldn't fault them and its nice to be able to choose a local company over the other international groups.

Easy pickup and delivery (Chania), no hassle with extra this and that. We had an engine issue with our car but a replacement car was delivered to us very quickly. We were even a bit late returning the car, but they caused us no trouble at all. We chose Kydon due to them having the best review/price. No regrets. Would recommend any time.

Their renting system was smooth and easy.

Most relevant: we had an incident with a pedestrian and the company provided swift and valuable assistance with every step.

Kydon were recommended to us by our Villa manager Alexandra at Almyra. It couldn’t have been smoother! The collection desk was right in front of us at the arrivals gate and they were ready and waiting for us. We were quickly underway, collecting the car not even a minute from the terminal. Our Nissan was perfect for steeps hills and the track to our villa- and managed the right streets really well too. Drop off was just as easy - so quick and very friendly. Thanks to Rania and the Kydon team!

La peggiore compagnia di noleggio auto con cui ho avuto a che fare. Non guardate il prezzo iniziale. Raddoppierà. Ci hanno dato una macchina che dopo soli 10 km ha rotto la frizione. L'abbiamo cambiata per la piccola cifra di 250 euro. Alla fine ci ha chiesto di riempire il serbatoio di diesel quando ci aveva datoa macchina a metà serbatoio.Cos altro dire

My experience has been disgraceful, never seen a disorganization, rudeness and economic deception like this. Greece is a wonderful country, but for such companies and people like these I would never go there again. After giving us a car (which turns out to be an unsuitable pickup truck for 5 kids on vacation), it turns out to be a parcel as we barely drove 30 mins on straight roads and meeting the first climb the car breaks down ... the aforementioned sellers tell us that the damage is ours and we have to pay it back ... absurd thing, they start saying that or we pay k we will not have a car, later tells us that the price of for a new car was an additional 350 euros for then immediately drop to 250 as soon as we clearly told them we were going to have super bad reviews. A real scam ended with the return of the car and the claim to pay for a full tank of petrol, when they delivered a car halfway through the tank ... conclusion they demanded 100 euros, then 72 to then get to 50 proving this scam ...

Got our car in 5 minutes a late night in Chania Airport.
Returned the car same place a week later - again with problems or hazzle.
Just pick Kydon, that's all you need.

I pre-booked a hire care with another company which was not available when we arrived in the early hours of the morning at Chania Airport. The Kydon rep offered to help us. He was extremely helpful. Within 10 minutes we had done the simple paperwork, paid their fee which was substantially less than the company I had been let down by. The car was immaculate and served us well in the next week. When we returned it, there was no hassle. No examining it closely to find any damage. Superb service. Would highly recommend.

We arrived to Chania in the middle of the night and the employee at Kydon was lovely. Helped us get our pre-booked car in under 10 minutes.
They also helped us extend the rental period with a couple of hours (I had mistook the departure time of our plane) free of charge!
Would definately recommend Kydon Rental Cars!

My husband booked online car for September in Crete, have snapshot of it. Never received confirmation mail. He contacted them via contact form on their web site, no reply. We are very disappointed, something is not right with this Company and I can not recommend t
them for now.

After giving review here we received confirmation mail from Kydon on booking so it looks like we will rent their car this summer.

It is great to see that reviews on Trustpilot are having impact and also it is good to see prompt action from Kydon after not so good review.

i hope that after holiday in Chania I'll give five star to experience, for now I am going to change from one to three.

I rented a car from Kydon and was very satisfied. Everything went as agreed. The service was unbureaucratic and quick.

The service in the airport was quick and the car as such OK, but they told us the fuellevel was 1/4, where it actually was less than 1/8. Further we have asked for a Skoda Roomster as we had 4 suitcases. They gave us a VW Golf where there could be 2 suitcases i the luggageroom. The 2 other suitcases we had to find room for inside the car - not easy when we were 4 persons.
Really studpi, when we already during the reservation and even once more in a mail told the, we had a lot of luggage.
We cannot recommend Kydon
