This company has non existent customer support and no wonder because their hair extensions are the absolute worst clip in hair extensions I have ever thrown my money in the garbage away for!! They all turned into a huge matted rats nest tangled in knots within my own hair about two hours into the very first time I put them in. I took them out took several pictures of these extensions in knots and e-mailed the company asking to be refunded which they ignored three separate times.
Don't spend money on these absolutely worthless horrible low quality extensions unless you only plan on wearing them once for a couple hours and then throwing them out.. otherwise yes these are AWFUL

I had highlights installed with my first ombre order. After the first wash, my hair started to tangle. I then made the mistake of ordering again, hoping the other highlights would be better. But the same problem occurred here too. Hair was almost impossible to style. It could only be worn in a braid. It tangled up endlessly. I contacted the team and sent a photo. No one responded or offered anything.
I've now found a fantastic provider. It's perfect!

I purchased nano tip extensions back in January and had one Install done, hair coming away from the metal pin, glue gone soft, every time I brushed my hair I was left with the nano and pin, quality has gone downhill massively for the price you pay, will definitely be looking at a different supplier, offered 15 dollars compensation, sorry but not good enough

Upon purchasing the extensions, I was assured of their quality, with claims of 100% human hair. However, upon receiving and using them, it became evident that these claims were false. The extensions turned out to be synthetic, a stark contrast to what was advertised. This discrepancy in product quality not only failed to meet my expectations but also led to severe inconvenience and distress.

After purchasing some clip-in and tape-in extensions from LaaVoo and being impressed by the quality, I decided to go ahead and order a custom topper from them a few weeks ago.

The topper looks beautiful and right out of the box you can tell its good quality. 4 small clips on a wide but comfortable base and a beautiful fall of hair—not too thin or too thick and dramatically long just the way I wanted! (I wanted hair that wasn’t TOO thick like an actual wig as my bio hair is pretty thin, I wanted something that would be light/not too hot but with movement.)

I am also so happy as it arrived much faster than I thought it would! Can't wait to wear it out dancing and at work, and be able to actually style my new long hair!

Placed a bulk order and they stole thousands of dollars and never sent the hair and ignored my emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Absolute nightmare and money I will never get back

This is the second human hair topper I've bought...my first is still perfect after nearly 3 years of wearing, shampooing and brushing. They take extra care to match your actual color.
This piece is even thicker and styling is so easy to wear straight or curls.
The Quality and expertise is so worth it❣️

These Hair extensions are incredible! The customer service is also great and there are lots of different color options for you to choose from. The hair feels incredible in the clips are lightweight.

Absolutely just love these extensions. I have worn them for years. The color choice is amazing and they blend so seamlessely. Its definitely my go to for hair extensions. Definitely would recommend taking a look at the selection they have. My favorite are the toppers. Wide variety. There customer service is exceptional and very kind. I've never had a problem they haven't been able to fix.
