Support is very effective, all is well explained on the intranet, the only thing is dashboards etc looks old, but they work well so...

I've been working with LW for more than 16 years now. They've been the perfect business partner, constantly improving and upgrading their service with every update.

Our relationship with Level Works began on May 15, 2012, and since then, they have been an important part of Interface Records’ journey.

For more than 14 years, Level Works has witnessed our growth as an independent record label, from our early beginnings to the label we are today. During all these years, we have experienced many changes within the electronic music industry, and we are very grateful to have had a reliable distribution partner accompanying us throughout this journey.

One of the aspects we particularly value is the transparency in the management of royalties. Whenever our royalties reach the established £50 threshold, they are released according to the corresponding process. This transparency and consistency have given us confidence throughout our long-standing relationship with Level Works.

At the same time, as an independent label, we feel that the cost of the services can be relatively high, especially for smaller and independent labels. For this reason, we believe there is an opportunity for Level Works to provide even more value to its clients by helping them better understand and make the most of everything the platform has to offer.

We would particularly appreciate having more tutorial videos, guides, practical information, and educational resources explaining how to use the different tools, services, and features available within Level Works. The platform offers many resources and tools that can be very useful, but having more educational material would help labels understand them better and take full advantage of everything Level Works has to offer.

We believe this would be an excellent way to strengthen an already long-standing relationship: not only by providing distribution services, but also by helping independent labels learn how to use the platform more effectively and take advantage of all the opportunities available to them.

We are truly grateful to have been part of Level Works since May 15, 2012. Throughout all these years, they have seen Interface Records grow, evolve, and develop, and we genuinely appreciate having them as part of our story.

Releasing is a breeze for my small label plus they offer accounting and demo solutions too. The best part is, when you have a problem, big or small they are only happy to help and solve it for you with minimum fuss. Their customer service is second to none. Best in the business for electronic/dance music distribution. Knowledgable and genuine staff who are always helpful. Top notch support that will beat what you get from most other music distributors.

It took us a while to get started a few years ago, but we were really in need of cooperating with LabelWorx, since they are one of the very few distributors offering Hardstyle.com as a DSP. The amount of information required and the time it took to get set up only shows one thing to me: great professionalism and a genuine willingness to expand your catalogue as much as possible.

In the end, our headaches trying to get started were more than worth it, because we get so much in return. The support is extraordinarily good compared to other distributors, and tracks are sent out quickly and without mistakes. If you make a mistake on your own, it is fixed within hours.

There is really no chance of us switching to any other distributor again.

I maintained two labels with them from 2011; they exhibited a high level of professionalism during the initial five years, and the deal was an appealing 85/15% share.
Regrettably, in 2023, those gentlemen erased my whole catalogue since I failed to respond to an email concerning a spurious copyright violation within a 30-day period during my holiday. Even after I subsequently provided proof of copyright, they refused to allow me to utilise their platform. They are stringent, which is beneficial; but, concessions should be made for long-term consumers. I recommend partnering with Symphonic, which offers a favourable revenue-sharing arrangement for labels, or Ampsuite, owned by Beatport, but their terms are somewhat unfavourable.

Peggiori in assoluto. Stavo per distribuire un album tramite un etichetta che lavora con loro e abbiamo deciso di cambiare distributore e hanno minacciato di ritirare l'intero catalogo. Come potete vedere in un'altra recensione qui è veramente accaduto. Noi ci siamo fermati ma cambieremo appena ci organizziamo. State lontani il più possibile la libertà non ha prezzo . Gli altri distributori non applicano queste politiche assurde.
