Two important things. First, they are legit and they send the diamonds with IGI certificate etc. Super fast contact (even on weekend) with customer service to resolve any doubt, and super fast delivery. I ordered on Saturday and had the diamond in Spain by Tuesday.

Second they have 2 websites, labgems.com and dileti.com. I first contacted via labgems and finally bought via dileti, as there you can see the gems (3D video) and the certificates. I know they’re both legit as I first contacted via labgems so I talked with them etc and they told me to buy via the website I felt more comfortable. It’s like a different system for the same, dileti.com is more of a good online store, and labgems is more personal and direct contact with them.

Via labgems.com you can send a request and they contact you via whatsapp super fast, and they send you the full catalogn in stock in excel, videos and photos if you want. Both of them legit and run by the same company.

Bought multiple times from them, always a solid experience! Geert is very knowledgeable.

I would say they have the best stones differenr sizes with best quality..and they have the best prices in the market
