Good&fast service for my engagement ring

We werden volledig in onze keuze gelaten, niet gepusht in een bepaalde richting en er werd geluisterd naar onze wensen en onze wensen werden ook ingelost. Buiten de vertraging van de levering (door pakjesbedrijf), was dit een zeer fijne ervaring.

Because the selection of engagement rings in Slovenia isn’t very wide, I decided to buy one online. I shortlisted a few companies, but from the very beginning, Beldiamond really stood out to me.

I got in touch with them, and Shelley quickly reached out to me via WhatsApp. After a few longer conversations, we found the ideal ring — something a bit more unique and custom-made. Shelley was extremely helpful, sending me pictures, videos, and giving her honest opinions along the way.

To put it simply — I’m very satisfied with their service, the aesthetics of their website, customer support, responsiveness, and friendliness.

My fiancée and I will be visiting soon to choose our wedding rings.

In mijn zoektocht naar een passende ring om mijn vriendin ten huwelijk te vragen heeft Beldiamond mij uitstekend geholpen! Wat een ontzettend goede en snelle service, vlak voordat ik op reis ging kwam ik zonder afspraak langs voor een ring. Shelley was op dat moment op lunchpauze en ze kwam eerder terug om mij te helpen. De service was ontzettend oprecht en ze heeft me dan ook uitstekend geholpen met het vinden van de perfecte ring.

Wat deze afspraak helemaal bijzonder maakte is de snelheid waarmee er werd gehandeld. Ik had niet veel tijd voor mijn reis, en wilde hem eigenlijk direct meenemen. Shelley zei dat dit zeer onwaarschijnlijk was maar ze ging het proberen. Ze belde de werkplaats om te vragen of ze de steen op de ring konden zetten. Wonder boven wonder konden we hem direct brengen en hebben ze hem met spoed erop gezet zodat ik de ring voor mijn vakantie had, en mijn vriendin ten huwelijk kon vragen. Mijn ervaring met Beldiamond was van begin tot eind, helemaal perfect! Bedankt Shelley!

Heel goede hulp en begeleiding gekregen met de zoektocht naar mijn ring ze kwamen op het moment dat ik binnenkwam met de perfecte ring waar ik naar zocht. Super vriendelijke mensen en als er vragen waren zeer snel antwoord gekregen !

I ordered a gold engagement ring with an diamond, created by combining two of their own designs. Choosing the perfect ring can be overwhelming, but their team took all the time needed, gave me clear and honest advice, and made me feel completely at ease. Communication via phone and email was always quick and friendly. The ring arrived within 3–4 weeks (including an extra resizing in that same period) and it’s simply stunning — the craftsmanship is flawless. It came safely packaged with care instructions, and even in an unbranded carry bag so you stay discreet on your way in the city. Truly outstanding service from start to finish!

Got in touch with the team early July 2025 to craft a unique custom engagement ring. The creative process was incredibly accessible, I could send inspirations and even my own design. We also talked about reusing old family jewelry, an option I am glad we didn’t pursue after they explained the pros and cons. Everything flowed, including the communication (phone, Whatsapp). They are super reachable.

The whole process was surprisingly short: it took 4 weeks. If you need to time your proposal, I suggest you avoid June/July as it is apparently the busiest period of the year.

To say I’m happy about the outcome is an understatement, I truly didn’t expected this level of craftsmanship. Will 100% order again for other jewelry.

We hebben bij Beldiamond onze op maat gemaakte verlovingsring én trouwringen gekocht, en de ervaring was van begin tot eind alleen maar positief. Vanaf het eerste contact via de website kregen we heel snel een duidelijke offerte, en nadien werden we hartelijk ontvangen in de winkel. Het contact met Gerd was ontzettend aangenaam – vriendelijk, professioneel en met veel oog voor detail. Zij dacht echt met ons mee en gaf advies op maat, zonder iets op te dringen. Ook de levering van de ringen verliep heel vlot. Kortom: topservice en prachtige ringen. Een absolute aanrader!

We bought our wedding bands from Beldiamond. We visited their office in Antwerp, had our ring sizes measured, and placed an order (Gaby and Gabrielle). And we received the rings in about a month. The quality is great, and their lifetime warranty policy gives us peace of mind.
