Not reliable at all
On their site they show items as "Available" which they actually do not have in stock and which they must order without even knowing if the item is still provided by the producer.
When you send an email, MORE THAN ONE MONTH after having ordered, to know where the item is, they don't answer.
When, 8 DAYS LATER, you make a phone call in order to get some information, no apology for not having answered the email, and the only answer you get is that they are going to try and order the item, and that nobody has 200.000 items in stock!
Finally the item does not exist anymore at the producer's!
You are (at least…) refunded because, of course, during all this time the money has been taken…
