Labwear has some really great stuff, including high-quality garments with tons of customization options. And their labwear OS communication system is super helpful!

Labwear is really transparent about everything going on with your bulk order. You can check the different statuses in their OS System, which helps you coordinate and plan for marketing.

Overall, it’s an amazing experience! I’ll definitely keep using Labwear OS.

Wir sind im Großen und Ganzen sehr zufrieden mit dem gesamten Prozess und den Produkten. Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich und professionell, und die Qualität der Ware entspricht unseren Erwartungen.

Allerdings hat die Produktion leider immer länger gedauert als ursprünglich angegeben, was für uns eine Herausforderung in der Planung darstellte. Eine verlässlichere Einhaltung der Produktionszeiten wäre wünschenswert.

Trotzdem schätzen wir die Zusammenarbeit und hoffen auf eine Optimierung der Lieferzeiten in der Zukunft.

Great experience, everyone was super helpful and the quality of the shirts is amazing. The only thing I would‘ve wished for is a delivery bill in the box. They sent me two shirts less than I‘ve ordered due to quality issues, but nobody told me about it. I realized it later because my stock count wasn‘t right. I reached out to Natalia and she said „Yeah, one XS and one M are missing due to quality issues.“ Would‘ve been nice to know that earlier. Other than that, everything was perfect :)

Crazy Products made with so much love!! The OS is an amazing tool and the customer support is amazing! Will definitely plan my next bulk order with them!!

very appropriate timelines and delivery on time. allows for producing at amazing factories through the management of labwear. The OS allows to produce a lot of different styles and makes it easy to order and get quoted.

Paid for S+H was told they’d be here in a few days took over a week. Customer service was rude and could have not lied in the first place. Lost a customer. You called me a complainer because 5 minutes after I placed the order I asked how long till they get here. I needed them for school, you should think about getting an education instead of being a keyboard warrior.

I ordered hoodie, shirt blanks and caps in bulk (around 300pcs). The blanks arrived within 2 months and were good quality but the rest was delayed and held up for 6 months. Eventually when the rest arrived it was bad quality and unsellable. Labwear refuses to take responsibility, blamed it on the manufacturer and offered no refund. During this entire ordeal they lost samples I sent and was uncommunicative. I had to chase every week for months with minimal response from them. Communication leading up to order placement was excellent but it seems that they only care about getting orders rather than delivering quality. I won't work again with them after this experience. I lost 2000eur (as an independent designer) for the unsellable items which cannot be even given out for free to customers due to the botched quality.

So i started this brand called extinct generation back in my home town Aruba and i was gonna move to the netherlands to continue my studies and ofcourse i want to expand my brand there in the future, so my friend saw an advertisement about labwear studios and sent it to me, it caught my attention immediately and i couldn’t wait to get samples cause they looked exactly like what i wanted to use and wow it really reached my expectations, i love the fit of the tee and the garment is really soft and comfortable so i must give it a 10/10 and shipping was also fast.

Very happy! Bought a tee and a hoodie, worked out perfectly, they have a very nice quality, the fit is as expected, very comfortable to wear. Might end up buying more tees.
