Everything was absolutely great! The record arrived very well packed and in perfect condition, with no defects at all.

There were some issues with the delivery, which were actually caused by a mistake on my side, but the Laced Records team helped me resolve everything quickly and always responded promptly.

I’m very happy with both the product and the customer service. Definitely recommend them, and I’ll be happy to order again in the future if I see something I like.

I had two pre orders from laced records. One was Expedition 33 limited music box and the other is yet to come.

The first order arrived rather fast and without any problems. Second one I am waiting for.

The customer service was incredibly fast and quick. Huge thanks to them I didnt had to worry about moving and my product not being delivered.

Had an issue with shipping. They managed to get on top of the situation and fixed it in a timely manner with a small refund. Customer services responds very fast which is the biggest thing to me, when most companies cut costs at customer service or could not care at all. I will definitely continue to do business with Laced Records. Thanks again for everything.

J'attendais deux précommandes, je m'inquiétais de voir que le colis ne partait pas à la sortie de la seconde précommande. J'ai contacté le SAV, qui a été adorable et chaleureux, et en 48h c'était envoyé.
Pas de frais de douane pour ma part.

I recently needed some quick-timed customer assistance, and a Laced Records CS pulled through. Got my order resolved, with minimal delay. I really enjoy the site and what they have to offer and while I don't always look forward to needing CS support, their staff always shows up.

The customer service replied promptly and sent a replacement for a t-shirt I ordered that was a bit too big after I had returned the original.

My initial package was lost, but thanks to some great help and understanding I got a replacement package wich I am very happy with:)

Item as packaged well, some assembly cracks and minor marks on packaging seem to be unavoidable, didn’t ruin overall quality of product

Had some issues with a record, some deformation on the vinyl, got in contact and was recommended taking sandpaper to the inner hole for proper record seating.

Fixed the issue without having to buy a record reamer

TL;DR
Messed up my order two times. Laced Records had to reship my order three times until everything worked. Did so without giving me any issues.
10/10 service. Can only recommend. Will order again.

So I pre-ordered the Bloodborne 10th anniversary Vinyl-Records in september 2025. After they were finally done pressing the records I was notified that they were preparing the orders for shipping.
When I got the E-Mail I started to really look forward to finally holding the Records in my hands.

As soon as my order was shipped I received the tracking number via mail so that I could see what my records were up to / where they were.

Due to a mistake from my side I did not receive the package and instead it got send back. Slightly panicked I wrote them about my situation, explained what might have been the problem and asked how to proceed further. Withing a day I got a reply.

I was told to just keep track of the order and as soon as it arrived back to sender just contact them anew.

Since I was 99% sure that it was my fault something went wrong I told them that I was willing to pay additional transport fees if necessary. I was told that was not necessary and that they will just reship the order again.

The second shipping went wrong again. This time I was not sure why though. Package got send back to sender. Wrote them again thinking "this time I probably have to pay at least some kind of fee or somthing" but no.
Same procedure. "Keep track. Contact us. We will resend it. But this time maybe change the address if possible".
So I did. After the third try everything worked without any issues and without me paying anything extra.

So yeah, love the support. Fast replies and very helpful.

Absolutely terrible customer service experience while scamming you with double import fees from outside the UK.

Ordered the Expedition 33 Monolith Set when it became available for pre-order, but ended up paying extra import fees AND custom fees.
Tried reaching out to the customer support with a ton of screenshots to paint a clear picture for them, but all I heard back was a copy-paste response I read somewhere in their FAQ.
After responding and calling them out on their BS, all I heard back was the same copy-paste response they sent me a couple days earlier.

Never ordering from this company again and I sure hope gaming companies sell their collector's items via another distributor like Fangamer.
Developers, take note.

I've ordered twice with them, for the same game but two different edition tiers. The first time, the vinyls were bendy, most likely because of the heat or issues during transport. They refunded me without asking the product in return. The second time, GLS being GLS meant that even though they claimed they delivered my package to my home, they never did. Laced just sent another one, free of charge, and we arranged for it to be dropped off at a collection point to increase the odds that I'd actually get the item, which I did! So yeah, super efficient and great customer service.

Laced is top tier in the VGM sphere with top notch pressings and quality. My order arrived damaged on the sleeves only, but the customer support of Laced were more than happy to send replacements after a seamless process of explaining the situation and sending a few photos.

Great customer support

My order had some unexpected shipping problems and ended up being returned to the warehouse before being sent again to Portugal. The whole process took over a month, and with the recent changes affecting international shipping in Europe, I understand that these situations can happen.

They investigated the issue, kept communication open, and resent the package without charging me any additional costs. Considering the package travelled from the UK to Portugal, back to the UK, and then again to Portugal, I really appreciate the time and resources they invested to make sure it reached me.

The package has now arrived safely, and I’m very happy with both the product and the customer service. Thank you for going the extra mile!
