Love the exclusive vinyl art variations that Laced Records offers for some of my most beloved game titles. Also, love the quality of the sound. I originally had an issue with one of my long awaited exclusive records arriving with a scratch from the factory. Laced Records was prompt to respond my concern and quickly addressed the matter with no hesitation. I'm now a Laced Records fan and have already placed my next pre-order!

Their customer service is atrocious. I have been chasing them down for over multiple months for a pre-order that was shipped half a month late. They give me the runaround in every reply and are yet to give me a single definitive answer on what is happening to my package. No clear timeline, no definitive answers, to this day they are still "investigating" with their warehouse what is happening to my order. Their delivery is unreliable and keeps on allegedly possibly losing my order. Avoid ordering from them for the sake of saving yourself the time. At this point a refund isn't enough. Even if I tried I'd have a hard time doing this poor of a job.

I recently had a terrible customer support experience with this company. They're owing me an order I made months ago and they keep telling me to wait while they're "investigating" what is happening to my order. I know they're not investigating anything and just hoping it magically appears at my doorstep. They never gave me any clear timelines and were trying to shift blame around without doing anything to help the order fulfillment. *I* had to be the person chasing *them* to complete *my* order. Horrid. It felt so insulting.

A magnificent experience with Laced Records. First of all, I finally got the *Expedition 33* soundtrack—the 6-LP exclusive. I was pleasantly surprised to have it at home (in Spain) in just five days. Secondly, there was a minor issue that they resolved very satisfactorily in a matter of hours. Even though I live far from the UK, I wouldn't hesitate to buy any gem I can't find in my own country from them again. It was absolutely worth it. A huge thank you to Laced! And especially to the person who provided such exceptional service...

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The replacement record arrived in perfect condition, and the playback is flawless. This release means so much to me, so I’m incredibly grateful that I can finally complete my collection. Thank you for the outstanding customer service—I truly appreciate all your help!

Après une prise de contact avec le service client, des pochettes ainsi que les disques abîmés m'ont été renvoyés.
Tout est rentré dans l'ordre, mais attention aux équipes de Laced Records, c'est un plaisir pour les gens d'acheter des musiques qu'ils aiment, les envois ainsi que les protections devraient être à la hauteur des prix appliqués.

J'ai eu un petit soucis lors de l'ouverture de mon colis.le service après vente a été très réactif et sérieux.Tout mes produits abîmés ont était remplacé.

Very responsive support! I had an issue with my address and post service, and the support were very active to help me solve everything

Firstly my order came teared apart, but after talking with customer service, they delivered another box and sleeves for my vinyls. Amazing customer service, with a bunch of emails with the data needed for the replacement.

Item was well packaged, lovely artwork for the cds and covers, in excellent condition and arrived quickly after dispatch email. Thankfully there were no delays after I ordered this item (having seen some other reviews). There could be more information on the website about the item, such as the art work designers, item dimensions, which cds contain which osts, however that is small changes.

He recibido la colección de discos vinilo edición especial de Clair Obscur Expedition 33, son una pasada, me han sorprendido muchísimo, habéis hecho un gran trabajo, ha sido un regalo para mi hijo y ha sido una gran sorpresa, enhorabuena por vuestro trabajo ❤️

Dreadful customer service, huge delays between responses and no urgency as they take payment upfront for pre-order a. You can be waiting a year for an order, lots of delays as well.

Do not admit fault. Shambolic customer service. Hide criticism on social media. Do not value long term customers.

Delivered a ripped open empty box to my door after almost a year of waiting for Bloodborne collection. I contact them and they just will not issue a refund or replacement, nor will they give a clear timeline. Customer service is laxidazical and they take days to respond and it's just the same generic "sorry" message. They say their warehouse needs to confirm anything they do, how long does a phonecall take?

Updated: They responded below but know this, I had to chase them 10 times and the item they'd said they would replace wasn't given a timeline as out of stock, they only jumped into action when I left a review here and commented on Instagram - lovely stuff. Their business SLAs are you to 48 hrs it's so bad.

Laced Records releases high quality video game soundtracks and has a stellar customer service team. They always reply in a prompt manner and have been able to resolve every inquiry I have with them.

Disponibili e puntuali nelle risposte. Anche se la spedizione internazionale ha avuto Seri problemi non mi hanno abbandonato e hanno fatto tutto ciò che potevano e dovevano per risolvere la situazione. Gli imballi sono adeguati ed i tempi, esclusi problemi, congrui.

I've had the unfortunate situation of the package returning to the sender because of my country's Postal Service.

Laced records was kind enough to reschedule and resend the entire delivery, free of charge.

Very warm and helpful customer service. I will do business with Laced Records again, and will do so with utmost happiness.
