My experience with this company has been great. The product I ordered arrived swiftly, clean, and with great quality. It was the perfect length and filled all expectations exceptionally. After the order arrived, the company showed appreciation to my purchase by expressing their gratitude via email. Very great company and customer service. Definitely would recommend and will order from again if I ever need shoe laces.

Lace Lab has quality shoe laces and accessories! The variety is like no other! Every pair of my athletic shoes has a custom set of shoe laces from Lace Lab. You can customize with your choice of aglet to provide protection for the tip, and the added detail is what makes these laces amazing! They provide reflective flat and rope laces which I love!

My experience with Lace Lab has so far always been great, for the fact that I always find what Im looking for. They have so many good quality laces and accessories along with them. And last but not least their shipping system is on point, once I make a purchase online, my product never took more than a week to get to me.

The customer service is always excellent.

I have purchased almost every color of reflective laces this company offers. After months of searching for “something different”, I found it here. I have even bought laces for future use just because I don’t want to miss the opportunity to own these laces. I did not have a problem with ordering or shipping or fulfillment. The website will usually run sales/discounts and shipping is free over $15 in the U.S. on a regular basis! I recommend this site to everyone! Give your kicks a come up!

I’ve bought quite a few laces from lace lab. There regular Rope laces are excellent, nice & thick I can’t recommend them enough definitely my favorite place to get Jordan 11 replacement laces 10/10

Their regular flat laces aren’t my cup of tea however. They look cheap & choppy aesthetically compared to They are not very soft or smooth. The red ones definitely look & feel better than the yellow / gold. There are much better quality flat laces available for the price point.

If you want to add a little extra to your shoe look, Lace Lab has so many options. I’ve bought numerous pairs and been happy with each purchase. I’ve got so many comments when I wear some of the reflective laces. Customer service has always been top notch.

I purchased laces that were described as “Thin half oval.” They were hardly thin and too fat for the grommet of my shoes. Return policy would only give me $2.74 back. But here’s my actual complaint beyond a false statement of “thin”, I actually bought on Amazon that look exactly like Lace Lab’s right down to the little plastic bag they came in. The ones from Amazon didn’t fit either but they were cheaper, shipping free, and returns free.

I actually saw a man using the lace tips from a video from 5 years ago and they looked great! I went on the site and they were still in business. I ordered the lace tips and they were perfect for my customizing for my pride ally sneakers! I definitely trust this company
