Ordered some Ultraboost laces. Never came and ignored all attempts to contact requesting an update. This company is literally robbing money from customers. I can't understand how trading standards can permit them to continue trading. Disgraceful. Especially given the company has manoeuvred itself as one of the 1st choices offered up when googling for adidas replacement laces. DO NOT use this company, blatant fraud!

This company does not reply to any inquiries nor ship the product you paid for. I have been waiting for 33 days and now claimed the payment.

This company does not value it’s customers. So far after two weeks no laces delivered and unable to contact the company, emails unanswered and telephone always to voicemail. Do not buy from them.

well priced, delivery a little slow but only 99p so can't complain and laces are great. thanks

Bought the Stan Smith matched laces. Having over a dozen pairs of Stan Smith's I have plenty of laces to compare. These are nothing like the originals and not even close to white. I have a pair of off white that I have had to put the laces on. Not worth the money, slow to arrive and no contact when you email them. Best avoid.

I placed an order on 18th February for 4 sets of adidas laces, upon receiving them I have found them to be nothing like adidas laces, or even close to the images on the website. I tried to contact them via email with no success. I tried the "contact us" leave a message option on the web page with no response. I rang the number listed on the web page but calls go straight to answer phone.

I recommend that you do not use this company, poor quality items with no customer service or response to any enquiries.

Bought the yeezy laces, wasn't sure if they would be as reflective as the ones my shoes came with although they were literally the same :)

Items never recieved even after several emails sent, no refund either after being promised one.
Wouldn't recommend purchasing from them as them seem to ignore emails and never send items.

I purchased laces. The order arrived on time, the product though wasn't as expected. I tried contacting the seller twice. I see (via my email tracker) that the email was opened and read, but I received no response. I followed up on the first email with another one. Again, 5 days later no response.

Not the type of experience I was expecting.
