A fuir !!!

J’ai commandé, livraison garantie 5-7 jours , je l’ai reçu 1 mois après . Cependant la taille n’était pas bonne , j’ai demandé un échange, on me répond le lendemain de e-mail , qu’il fallait la retourner en chine ! Prix pour un retour minim est de 40-50€ !!! Concernant la bague rien d’exceptionnel, vois trouverez les mêmes pour 20-30€ Sachant que je l’ai acheté 4 fois ce prix !

Ordered a silver ring as this company was based in U.K. .
Big mistake the ring arrives in a large tacky looking box Chinese writing in the packet routed through Canada . The cost on the packet says worth £12.60 .
Which is definitely not what I ordered ring is fake and tacky looks as though it came out of a cracker . Not silver at all, no markings it’s a tacky gold colour fake piece of junk doesn’t even look like the one I ordered . This is the 4th and absolute last time I’m being ripped off by tacky Chinese rubbish ! I’m gutted I’d rather have given £90+ To someone who needed it . Please don’t buy from this company they are based in Hong Kong . They just seem to be able to get away with scamming us all the time . I was so looking forward to this arriving and quite frankly it’s a piece of crap . Comes with no paperwork to return it either not that I’d get my money back . Rubbish rubbish rubbish

I have left 3 messages regarding a ring I purchased less than a year ago, I stone has fallen out. I have yet to receive a reply, very disappointed with the customer service.

Horrible products, overpriced, worst customer service i have ever witnessed, and overall so UNWORTH your time and money!!!

I purchased a ring for £102, it arrived 35 days later. a stone was missing from the ring, and the ring just looked plastic. it was absolutely nothing like the picture that was advertised on the website.

I contacted customer service as the ring was damaged.. (a stone was missing and was quite obvious therefore i was not able to even wear the ring). They also state on their website that they offer "easy returns within 30 days of receiving your product". This is FAKE.

The owner of the company, who also deals with customer service queries, who is the only worker of this company (Joy) replied days later, telling me that she cannot offer me a refund if i return the item. i emailed back instantly, no reply. i emailed back 6 further times, no response. i then had to escalate this to paypal. Joy then offered to give me 20% of my money back if i returned the item to her and i paid for the return shipping. what sort of joke is this?

i escalated this further and finally, after weeks of this back and forth, i have had a full refund from paypal.

Please save yourselves the time, effort and money and purchase a better ring from somewhere else.

I would not recommend buying from this company... I bought a ring which didn’t arrive ... I contacted them so they resent the ring ... the ring advertised stated it was a silver with a white sapphire.... I order a size too big so took it to the jewellers to resize it .... it turns out it’s a plated ring cubic zirconia worth about £25 I payed £112 ... I contacted them and they offered 20% back ... I said I take that as an insult.... so they offered 50% ... I said I want no less than 80% .... no reply so I have sent another few emails still no reply .... all you lovely people who have bought from here take your goods to a qualified jeweller and see if the ring is as stated on their web site ....

This company is absolutely terrible, the order has been delayed significantly and this is really really terrible company to work with as their email replies are absolutely shocking and online chat feautire doesn't work

I had my ring less than a week and 4 of the accent stones have fallen out! It’s taken all week for my fiancé to get the return info from “Joy”. It will be probably another 6 weeks before I have the replacement! The ring is beautiful, but not sure if it’s worth the hassle

Une étoile est de trop. Alors qu'elle est stipulée en stock sur le site vous recevez le lendemain de votre commande(et paiement !) un mail vous disant juste que votre commande à "changé de statut" !!! traduction après avoir demandé une explication, on vous répond qu'elle est partie en fabrication avec 15 jours de délai supplémentaires.
Résultat après avoir payé 20 euros de plus pour une livraison sous 4 jours j'ai reçu ma bague 1 mois plus tard...!
S'agissant de la qualité elle est assez proche de celle que l'on gagne dans les foires foraines en mettant 2 euros dans la machine !! Une belle arnaque à fuir.

Reçu la bague 1 mois edemi après le délai passer ... en plus pris la bague couleur or au bout de 3 semaines que je l'ai la couleur or se barre pour le prix de 100euro la bague c'est abuser et la gravure es très très petite ont peut pas la lire j'ai demander le remboursement de la bague mauvais service client qui propose de rembourser que 30 euro ou me déduire de 40% un article sur leur site site a fuir...

I got my ring .. I had questions about the shipping and got a fast reply. When it came in I was in love... I love my rings!!!

Je suis obligée de mettre une étoile même si ça m'arrache le coeur mais obliger pour laisser un commentaire ne commandez pas chez eux ce sont des escrocs j'attends ma commande depuis me 3 mars et toujours rien ils vous répondent après 1000 ans alors évitez!!!!

Terrible company ordered a ring 3 weeks before our sons 18th birthday which was 11th Feb. It never arrived. After several complaint emails finally got a refund on 4th March. If you plan on purchasing something do it about 6 months before hand

I paid for expedited shipping from a company I thought was in NY. They are foreign and their communication is cut and paste. I ordered on February 14th. My email said my order would be to me in three days. The next day it said my order status was changed back to in production. Then I got one that said ready to ship. Then there was no status. Then ready to ship. I’ve contacted them several times and gotten different dates for delivery. 8-11 days, 8-12, 16 days, 18 days, and 21 days. Mind you, these are business days. Supposedly they are pushing the manufacturer but nothing has changed, no rings, no updates, and, to the best of my knowledge, they haven’t started them yet. It’s now March 9th. To be fair, because 2/15 was a holiday here, I am not counting it. How much patience can a person have when communication is slow and doesn’t answer the questions?

If I could rate them a negative I would. I ordered a ring in march of 2020. It took over a month to get there, and looked NOTHING like the advertised ring. I contacted them to return it. I had to pay plenty to ship it back from the US to China. Needless to say we have gone back and forth trying to get the return thru paypal. It has been almost a YEAR and i still have not gotten a refund. They keep removing my bad reviews and basically stealing from people. Never ever. Don't do it. Buy from anywhere else.

Worst service ever!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FRAUDSTERS! Deleted my comments about taking money and not sending out items!!! Jan 30th I placed an order and i was told on the 24th Feb theyre orders are delayed because of Valentines Day!!!! & then i get the same template again and again via email! I paid extra for shipping to have the items within 14days but this has not happened! Its a scam I have reported them to paypal!.

This company is a scam. I ordered since Jan 29 and have no received anything. They have a fake person name “ Joy” answering questions that are copy and paste🤬🤬🤬🤬

Y’all made my husband buy a $125 dollar ring I got married the 14th I was supposed to have my freaking ring before the 14th and I had to wear an old ring instead ... total BS .
Get y’all’s crap together stop scamming people and stealing everyone’s money .
We thought your website looked really nice because we couldn’t afford any other rings and now I know not to buy from y’all every again !
