Do not use this company, they are fraudsters - placed an order on 10th May, parcel received a month later, not the item I ordered, told to return it, had to pay £36 to send back, and they would refund the postage costs I have incurred, and now item is stuck in China as the company are refusing to pay the import tax, so I am still out of pocket, through no fault of my own, they are scam artists

Non seulement ils mentent sur les matériaux mais en plus il y a beaucoup trop de conditions pour les retours. Ce qui veut dire que vous avez 99% de chance de ne pas pouvoir renvoyer les articles. A partir du moment où vous bénéficiez juste d'une petite offre vous ne pourrez pas vous retourner. Danger !!!!!!!!!!!!!

paid for expedited delivery for my wedding day, they did not deliver, could not speak with anyone. Joy kept responding with automated messages.

I would give this company 0 stars If I could. First of all I paid $26 for 3 day shipping my ring arrived over a month late. The box was destroyed when it arrived they literally put it in a bag and shipped it with no protective wrapping around it. Second the “stone” is PLASTIC & the ring itself feels quite plastic. The stone is so large and so high off the base of the ring it just looks horrible. I bought another ring off Amazon for $20 and it’s better quality than this ... I just cannot believe this stone is plastic. The website said it was a white sapphire and then after I purchased it said it was simulated sapphire (plastic) DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ring eventually turned up, despite paying extra for fast shipping, but it’s awful. Absolutely massive and looks nothing like the rings online. It’s horrible and so bulky.

No refund too - awful company.

I hoped I wouldn't have to do this, but I cannot write a good review for this company - Lajerrio. It has been one month today, & I still don't have my ring. They have my money, of course, but the ring appears to be "stuck" enroute to a Rosedale NY destination.(for the past 10 days) Finally, after my third contact, someone from the company got back to me, only because I threatened to go to PayPal with my issue, promising to look into this for me. At point of purchase, I was told 10 to 14 days. I'm wondering if I will ever receive the item, and even if I do, the pleasure of the experience is gone.
Never again! Absolutely never again will I order from this company.

This is my second time ordering from this company. The first time around great experience. This go round.... let’s just say I order my ring and here it is 20 days later and I still haven’t received anything but it says it’s ready to deliver. I reached out they flat foot told me I couldn’t get a refund but they would offer me 40% off of $400 or more.

Mistake, Big, Big Mistake. To return you have to pay for return shipping to china. And during this outbreak it must be done within 1 week.

Lajerrio Jewelry is bogus. I purchased a ring for my wife. She wore the ring for 2 weeks and a sto e fell out. I reached out to them and they lied to me and then just flat out ignored me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE BOGUS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SEVERELY LACKLUSTER. I REPEAT! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY SEND YOU SUB PAR AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. I WOULD GIVE THEM -5 IN REVIEWS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW. THEY SUCK!

Wish we could give 0 stars. Made an order a month ago yesterday. We have an order number but no update on any delivery. Not very reassuring reading other bad reviews and no way to get a hold of them. At this point just hoping for an order to come in the mail also hoping to hear from Joy by the sounds of it. Give it ten more business days from what is read they do take a little longer than most places to ship after that be reporting this experience to the BBB and will take further action to get funds returned. Be aware don't put yourself through this hassle look to a more reputable company.

I would give them 0 stars if I could because that is what I have received 25 days after ordering a ring and paying $20 extra for expedited shipping. I have emailed and attempted to send messages via live chat and I have gotten no response. I am out $130 and have nothing to show for it other than my absolute frustration and distain for the company. I too will be reporting them to the BBB as well as discouraging anyone who will listen on Facebook from giving these people their money. They are crooks as far as I am concerned. There is no number to call and they DO NOT RESPOND to email inquiries.

My order was placed on Jan.15th and still haven't received the ring. I have sent several emails only to get an automated response from Joy saying the ring is handmade and would be shipped as soon as it was done. The item I ordered was in stock and supposed to be to me in 3 business days. it is now Feb. 24th and there is no where I can cancel the order and get my money back. it has been in a ready to ship status for over a month. This company is a RIP OFF PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING. THEY STOLE MY MONEY... THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THEIFS. I WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO ORDERING. I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED. THERE IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AVAILABLE TO CALL AND YOU CAN ONLY EMAIL THEM WITH OBVIOUSLY THE SAME AUTO RESPONSE SAYING ITS FROM JOY. YOU COULD TELL BY THE RESPONSE EMAIL THAT NO ONE IS ACTUALLY READING MY EMAILS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT ADDRESS ANYTHING I ASKED. THEY ALSO SAY YOU CAN LIVE CHAT WITH SOMEONE WHICH IS CRAP AS WELL BECAUSE REGARDLESS OF THE TIME OF DAY, EVENING, OR NIGHT IT ALWAYS SAYS NO ONE IS AVAILABLE THEN DIRECTS YOU TO SEND AN EMAIL. THIS TRULY SHOULD BE ILLEGAL AND THEIR COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUDLENT ACTIVITY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS STEALING OTHER PEOPLE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. PERIOD.

I hate that I did not see the reviews prior to ordering. I ordered two rings on January 18 and I still have not received my order. Same as what everyone else has stated! Please leave comment on FB as well.

I would give no stars if that was an option. My husband ordered a ring for me for Christmas 2019. He ordered the beginning of November. Paid extra for express shipping. It sat in ready to ship for 3 weeks. He emailed and a response from Joy was that it is ready to ship and should ship in a few days. The ring did not ship until after Christmas. I have now had my ring for 1 month. I do not wear it when I shower or wash dishes. Anything with water. The dark color is coming off of the skull. They have a 1 year warranty. We reached out and sent photos. I wanted them to fix it. Joy replied with, we can offer you 30% off. That is the only offer. Not to fix it. Not to replace it. 30% off $300. It also took them 7 days to reply and unfortunately we are now past the 30 day money back guarantee. I believe they take their time so that people cannot get their money back. It is a beautiful ring, but I am so very disappointed in them. I feel bad that my husband spent his money only for this to happen.

Do not order from this company. I paid over 20 pound for express delivery and received it over 2 and a half weeks later so arrived after the date I needed it for a gift. The ring came with a small sticker on the band which was crumpled and hanging off so when I tried it on it completely came off. The ring was too big so I emailed the company the EXACT SAME DAY that I received it saying I wanted to return it - they said they would not accept it as the measly small sticker had come off. The ring is from Hong Kong and their office is in Canada but because their doman had .co.uk I contacted my consumer rights office who said I was not protected due to them being a cross boarder company so do not order as you will NEVER get a refund or exhange from them. Theyre customer service is abrupt and rude also with no intreest and resolving any sort of issues once they have your money
