We bought from Lamb & Co and we could not fault them from the beginning to the end. All the staff were extremely helpful, Hayley went beyond with keeping the seller reassured as we were delayed considerably and also keeping us informed of any news. We have moved from Bedfordshire and do not (did not) know Clacton well and having Lamb & Co look after us so well made the whole experience much more bearable. Thank you to all the staff.

Had a few problem with my property. The back gate would not lock properly and the kitchen door was hard to lock. The maintenence man did a very good job and fixed the problem with a respectful manner. Would definitely recommend him and would certainly have him fix problems again.

We have just exchanged on the purchase of a property listed with lamb & co . They have been brilliant from the offset when I walked into their office and explained the type of property and location id like to purchase. They found the perfect match and our offer was accepted. The process of exchanging due to multiple reasons and complications unfortunately went from weeks to months. The process seemed to grind to a holt. Hayley Jones became our sales progressor at a time where it seemed nothing was moving the purchase forward. She instantly added a new positive energy and became the linchpin between all the parties. She set the tone for keeping everything moving forward and was vital in getting us to completion. Always available for advice and really enjoyable to work with. Lamb and Co really pushed to maintain momentum though the sale process. Hayley in particular was excellent in pursuing information on progress from solicitors and keeping us in touch with what was going on - to the extent that I was getting information from Hayley before hearing from elsewhere. my experience with Lamb and co of harwich has been excellent from start to finish .Paris Frost whom has been dealing with sale of property has been fautless in every she has she has been very proffesionl kind and helpful i could not say anything wrong about the service i got from her. i would reccomend lamb &co to anybody.

I went with lamb and co to rent my first flat. Being a first time renter combined with being chronically ill made my preconceptions of the process quite stressful. I'm glad to say lamb and co and there online vouch service they use for the application process made things very quick and carefree and before long I found myself in my new place, with utilities setup easily as part of the process. The agents I worked with (Lee Price and Coral Manning) were very understanding and professional every step of the way and took extra time to give me updates when there was any and explain more on anything I was unsure of. Hand to my heart can't think of anything they could've done better.

Hayley has been very helpful right from the start, giving us regular updates on the progress of our house purchase. She explained everything and was very friendly and approachable. She is very quick to get back to me if I've had to leave a message. Overall excellent service from a buyer's perspective. I'd use them if we ever had to sell, they have a good work ethos.
