WARNING ⚠️ AVOID BY ALL MEANS.
Don't buy anything from them it has burned my Optoma like others guy described below same thing, spark made by one of lead connectors, that goes beyond line of housing and has touched the other metal element of cooling fan and has blown transistor on ballast unit, rectifier bridge, ceramic internal slow realise fuse and probably colour wheel motor.
However I've explained everything and I was rather expecting some help/support, instead received email that its not possible them lamp has caused damage and said my projector was faulty...... I presume this is not even company registered they should be insured incase such problem....
Trust Pilot should really place them in line of worst company in UK
However I haven't finished with them yet.

Last year i bought a set of 2 lamps from these people.
The price was right so i took it, the add was saying OEM lamps , the stock was plenty and arival time 2 days.I called them to check the price and the availability prior to purchasing and I ws asured that is the price and thet they are in stock.
This was on a Tuesday i think, I had a gig set for Saturday involving my 10k projector, the client payed 50% in advance.
Here's me thinking all is good when on a friday morning I received a call from their sales team saying that there's been a mistake, the lamps i wanted actualy cost tripple the price and that they aren't even in stock, they will have to order them and will arrive to me next week (past my gig).....
Through a miracle i managed to find the lamps and do my gig but i lost a year of my life with stress then.
A bunch of p****s....AVOID!!!

The lamp bricked my projector with a spark-inducing POP. Infuriatingly, though perhaps inevitably, Lamps Direct claimed it to be a problem with the projector itself, despite it having functioned brilliantly for years. After then seeing their tragic rating on Trustpilot about suspect lamps (which I wish I had seen earlier) and being told that my postage (x2) wouldn't be refunded "because it's a return-to-base warranty", I had to accept that I paid out two lots of postage just to have my projector destroyed, not to mention the cost of a replacement projector on top. Beware!

Purchased a lamp from them with a lead time of 7-10 days. After 2 weeks there was no communication from them about the status of the item. Rang them up to ask what was going on only to be told they no longer stocked that lamp. Due to their poor communication, I was waiting on a lamp that was never going to arrive. They still haven’t removed the lamp from their website so I’m sure I’ll not be the last person to go through this

Projector lamp blew after just 114 hours. Despite me pointing out to them that the previous bulb still hadn't blown at over 2500 hours, they refused to accept blame that it could have been a bad bulb and instead told me to send my projector half way across the country to get it serviced. Chose to ignore their advice and order from a different retailer. Almost 1000 hours in and this bulb is still going strong. Avoid.

Company crooks !!!
A lamp bought for my retro that lasted only 3 weeks, the lamp goes out without any reason, I will see a professional who looks at the retro and the lamp and means that the lamp sent is not that of orgine which caused its dysfunction. In contact for 10 days with the SAV (which is certainly the worst scammer that I could have) or this one first me lie on the warranty period telling me that it is only two months while it lasts 3 months, after he asks me misleading questions wanting to make me bear the responsibility, do not propose any solution. After informing a consumer association, they confirmed that it was part of their practice, many other customers are in the same case.We have to make a complaint to be heard !! Escape this company like the plague !!!

Entreprise d'escrocs !!!Une lampe acheté pour mon rétro qui n'a duré que 3semaine, la lampe s'éteint sans aucune raison, je vais voir un professionnel qui regarde le rétro ainsi que la lampe et me signifie que la lampe envoyé n'est pas celle d'orgine ce qui a provoqué son dysfonctionnement.En contact pendant 10jours avec le SAV (qui est certainement le pire escroc que j'ai pu avoir) ou celui-ci d'abord me ment sur la durée de garantie me disant qu'elle n'est que de deux mois alors qu'elle dure 3mois, après il me pose des questions fallacieuses voulant me faire porter la responsabilité, ne me propose aucune solution. Après renseignement auprès d'une association de consommateurs, ils m'ont confirmés que cela faisait partie de leur pratique, bien d'autres clients sont dans le même cas.Obligé de porter plainte pour se faire entendre !!Fuyez cette entreprise comme la peste !!!

Dont bother with their cheap bulbs, they really arent anywhere close to original bulbs and never last more than about 6 months before they start dimming - and that is like 50 hours, let alone the 5000 hours that they should last. This is true with two different bulbs that I have tried. Save yourself the faff and buy a proper authentic bulb (as much as I was keen to try and save some money)

There is a good reason why you get a 3 month warranty with you lamp from lampsdirect - they will give out after 4.

After emailing them, they offered a replacement. Once my original was in the post they then went back on this. Left out of pocket and now with nothing, not even a broken lamp to show for it.
