Our lights are carefully packaged for safe international delivery and do require some basic assembly — but we understand this should have been clearly communicated, and we apologize if that was not the case. We also provide installation guidance upon request, and we're always here to help walk you through it step by step.

As for returns, we currently ship directly from our factory and do not yet have a UK return base, which we understand may be inconvenient. We're actively working to improve our logistics and local return options for our UK customers.

We have checked your order LPUS5545, and it is still within the normal processing and shipping timeframe stated on our website.

Due to shipping restrictions, we send each lamp in a separate package, which can result in different delivery times.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry for the frustration you've experienced with your order, and I want to clarify the situation.

Your package actually arrived at the port on December 16th. Unfortunately, it has been delayed due to customs inspection, and it has not yet been released. We completely understand how frustrating this must be.

To resolve this as quickly as possible, we processed a full refund for your order previously. You should have received this refund by now. If you haven't seen it yet, please check with your bank or payment provider, as it may take a few business days for the transaction to appear.
