We would like to clarify that we do respond to all customer emails, including inquiries regarding product issues. If you did not receive a reply, it is very possible that our response went to your spam/junk folder, or that the message was sent from a different email address than the one used for the order, which can prevent it from reaching us correctly.

Regarding the cabinet pulls, this is not an issue we commonly see, and our products are designed and tested for normal household use. That said, we take any report of finish transfer or discoloration very seriously and would like the opportunity to investigate this properly.

A few photos of the handles and the affected cabinets

This will allow us to review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
