This is a scam site. They send fictional documents from wrong address or not at all. I have reported them to authorities.

Got fleeced with these guys thinking they were the official site - no way to cancel order or get in touch with them - absolute scam

Catches you out by coming first in google search and has a very similar nome to the official government website and charges a vastly inflated prices compared to the official site. Bunch of charlatans and tricksters. I’ll be warning everybody I can about them

This is a total scam. Do not be conned out of your hard earned money. They should be taken down and how they have been allowed to take on a business name/domain name that is so misleading. Why hasn’t the appropriate government department intervened and got this site taken down?

Scammed out of £49.50. They masquerade as the official HM Land Registry company (they are based in UAE so not even British) and charge 260% more for the documents. In the T&Cs they make you waiver your right to a 14-day cooling-off period. I am disputing it - here is what I have done so far:
1) Contacted them and stated under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, I am exercising my right to cancel this digital content purchase within the cooling-off period.
2) They emailed back and said I had waived my rights in their T&Cs and would not refund.
3) I wrote back and stated that under the above act 40(2) There was no express consent as the T&Cs were under a default 'continue' option with no tick box against them and in any case, it is not legal for a company to include a blanket term in their Terms and Conditions stating that a customer waives their right to a cooling-off period where that right is legally provided.
4) I have raised a chargeback with my bank credit card and sent screenshots of all communication and links to my rights in the Consumer Contracts Act
5) I have reported to actionfraud.police.uk
6) I have reported to Google Phishing
7) I have reported to NCSC
6) I have complained to HM Land Registry that they are not doing anything to protect their consumers from scams (Google HM Land Registry complaints)

Don't let the b*stards get away with it!! Report report report!!! It wouldnt let me link in this review - so use Google to find the websites.

Set up to look like the official Land Registry, but this is a private company charging exorbitant prices for things that can be obtained from gov.uk significantly cheaper. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Needed title deeds and put into google Land Registry and this site popped up. I thought it was the official site and paid £70. I should’ve gone through Direct.Gov where I could’ve got the same info for £3.
Absolutle scam. Threatnned me when I complained.

Then when the email came through I realised it looked clunky and not very official and that’s when I realised I should’ve gone through Direct.Gov where I could’ve got the same info for £3.

Another government organisation understaffed!
