Strong Warning About Diesel Win Casino

I want to warn all players about my terrible experience with Diesel Win Casino.

My account balance exceeded £2,300 after a series of consecutive wins. Suddenly, almost the entire amount disappeared from my account, leaving me with only around £20!

What happened is shocking and completely unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about this casino’s credibility, transparency, and the way it handles players’ funds.

I demand that Diesel Win Casino return the funds deducted from my balance and provide a detailed, official explanation supported by evidence to justify what happened.

I will not ignore this matter. I intend to file formal complaints with the relevant regulatory authorities and continue sharing my experience until I receive clear and fair answers.

I strongly advise everyone to be extremely cautious with this casino and avoid depositing money until they have verified its credibility and terms and conditions.

DONT USE THIS SITE !!!!

asked multiple times on the live chat to close my account and multiple time by email they don’t close it instead give you every excuse to keep it open and basically refuse to close it more than like a scam site to just take peoples money

Take way way to long to process withdrawls 24hour plus i had enough of waiting n just carried on playing n lost my withdrawal i wont be useing again they verified my documents but dident even bother to accept my withdrawal its a shame realy because i was enjoying my self playing but they dont even accept withdrawals

ANOTHER UNTRUSTWORTHY &UNREGULATED SITE..
I would avoid this site, as they are unregulated they make their own rules as they go along.
I had £100 of winnings removed from my balance without any notification but when I queried this on Live Chat Support the agent(Scarlett) couldn't explain why another agent (Ava) joined the session and claimed it was due to the bonus terms and conditions.. Why give bonuses then remove winnings!!!..
I've requested to close my account with them but no response to all emails sent, Customer Service is pointless as they can't/won't give a straight answer..
This site is part of Win Ltd so any site connected to them such as Spin Formula will also be unscrupulous so I would check 1st

This company was dissolved in July 2023. It is not fulfilling orders. The email address and phone numbers are dead. It is remarkable, if not fraudulent, that you can still pay for goods on this website in August 2024.

Thankfully I used a credit card and a refund has been issued.

Email bounced back, goods paid for but not arrived. Will be starting a process to get my money back.

And really? I get a response 28 months later? LOL.

Goods did not arrive when due ,
Email bounced back ,
And phone number did not exist.
