Tom was very professional and efficient. He was very responsive and addressed all of our questions. His report was also very detailed and we are requesting our lawyers to follow-up on some points. Highly recomended.

Updated Review:
Tom failed to spot Japanese Knotweed stalks that were clearly visible. The appointment was in March so the Knotweed was dead but I would expect the surveyor to spot this. This was also supported by the Knotweed specialist who said this should have been spotted. He was unable to produce photos of the affected area once we discovered that it was Knotweed. It's costing us thousands and a lot of time to resolve the issue.
