What a fantastic team. Professional, efficient and good value. They were prepared to provide guidance on the house clearance in order that we did not incur unnecessary costs. Highly recommended.

I used Langleys house clearance to clear a flat for the first time, Julian who took my bookin was so accomodating and it was a pleasure talking to her.
Richard and and Kamy turned up exactly on the arranged time and they were both so polite and friendly and helpful, they cleared the flat in no time.
I have to say that it was a pleasure working with this company and I would not hesite to recomend them.
I would like to thank you all for providing such a fantastic service, I score you 10 out of 10.

I can't recommend Langley House Clearance highly enough! From the very first phone call to the final clearance, they were an absolute dream to work with. Gillian and her team were friendly, efficient, and professional. There were a couple of small challenges along the way, but they handled everything with no fuss or drama at all. It's also a huge relief to know they are licensed and that everything was disposed of properly—no worries about your items ending up where they shouldn't. They truly made a difficult process so much easier
