Waste of time. Policy online seemed to be the cover I needed. Once I’d paid and received the written policy there were obvious areas not covered and additional payments on top of the policy payment were needed. I cancelled the policy.

Sam Toft was amazing. Other brokers would return my email two days later but Dan replied 3 times in one morning. He sorted every issue out and Lansdown happened to be the cheapest too

Our new house was a bit tricky to find cover for, but they made every effort to find us the right cover at a reasonable price. They were prompt and got on with it, understanding that there were tight timescales involved.
