Lansdowne were quick and obtained us a good quote and provided a decent comparison of our current provider vs alternatives. They saved us some money in this regard.

Initially service and response was great but following it is not .
Despite at least two requests to respond I am still waiting.
They have subsequently been very responsive and helpful.

Matt Johnson has been brilliant in assisting with our lender queries. He consistently replies quicker then expected and has played a key role in keeping the process smooth and efficient. We have used the brokerage for a few years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They have always been great.

We received a substantially better annual premium (i.e. a lower premium) for our freehold block of flats through Landsdown. We managed to cut the premium by 30% while maintaining identical cover. Would recommend and use again. Insurance is all about getting competitive quotes and Landsdown does that.
