We've just bought the freehold of our flats and needed to renew the insurance immediately as it was due to expire. I saw Lansdown recommended on Money Saving expert while searching for flat block insurance, and gave them a call.
They couldn't have been more helpful - an especial shout out to Sam Toft, who handled our application and got us covered before the old insurance expired. Prompt and courteous responses via email and phone. The policy covered everything we needed as freeholders and was reasonably priced.
Definitely recommend and we'll be using them again.

These were the best brokers I dealt with. They have great customer service and either answer the phone immediately or call you back within a few hours. It's rare to get that kind of service these days.
