Ordered laptop on 12/12/26, received 0n 12/17/2026 in perfect condition. Love the computer. Five plus stars. I had a question about it and contacted laptopwithlinux via a form to contact customer service on their website. Laptopwithlinux never gave me the courtesy of responding to my question. Customer service zero stars. I still love the computer I bought from them

My first time with a Linux O.S. The technician was very patient with me as I asked questions about how to get my printer to work, how to get an app to work, etc. I live in the U.S. and received the laptop incredibly fast. Good experience. My only wish is that there is someone in the U.S. I can talk to on the phone rather than communicating by email.

I've bought an ultrabook for local AI/LLM deployment; it was assembled and shipped very quickly, and with expedited shipping I received it within 3 days of ordering. Peter was extremely helpful both before and after the purchase, helping me with the installation and configuration of AMD ROCm and Ollama, even though they weren't included in their standard offering.

Battery was faulty on arrival. battery wouldn't charge. they use laptops that you must disassemble to try and fix and they make you do it yourself, unless you want to pay hefty shipping fees for them to 'look at it'. The 2 year warranty is a lie. All was done within same year of purchase and they refused to honor anything. once you click that purchase...you are on your own. buyer beware.

Ordering was easy, payment was easy and delivery was fast. The laptop had zero issues. I have no regrets . This is my first Linux laptop and it is a much easier transition from windows than I first thought. I highly recommend running away from Microsoft Windows computers
