Extremely satisfied with the service from Larkbury. My sofa had a problem that needed it to be taken to the factory for investigation. Costi and Catalin came to pick up the sofa. They were extremely careful and considerate in the way that they took the sofa out of the property ensuring they don’t cause any damage to the property and anything they moved to facilitate the job was put back in place. Very impressed with their manner and conduct!

The white glove delivery team were excellent, Costi, Catta, Soufyan & Marivsz were polite, helpful and efficient. Really happy with the product too, very good quality and looks stunning. The team in production and sales were also really helpful when there had been a minor delay they did everything they could to get delivery in time for move in day.

From arrival at the London showroom to receiving our Nina Chaise 6 weeks later (on schedule) we have enjoyed excellent service. Phoebe helped us adapt an existing design to produce a custom made quality product. We saw inferior models elsewhere but the end result has been worth the extra expense. Highly recommended.

Today we had a side board delivered by Jason and Catalin, they were professional and delivered with care.

Brilliant service

Jason and Catalin were great. The space that was supposed to have the new furniture was not cleared up yet, but they cleared it up and put in the new furniture. Quite chatty and polite.

From very began of our visit we feelled amazing service from all Larkbury staff. We would like to thank you Faisal fir his incredible engaging.

As an Interior Designer, the huge showroom is filled with so many beautiful roomsets! it was great taking my clients to get some inspiration and to touch and feel the products and so so many fabrics to mention :) !!. Fantastic website - so easy to navigate and order from - highly recommend. Professional and friendly 5 stars all round

I made a review, which I gave Larkbury 3 stars due to the condition an item of furniture was delivered.
However, I have since spoken to the Company and they have apologised and have taken on
my comments as lessons learnt. Unfortunately I cannot
update my original submission, so I am submitting a updated
review to recognise their good
customer service.

Costi & Mariusz are Fantastic, they went that extra mile to deliver our furniture so we could complete our show home on time.
Without their timely support our show home launch would not have been able to go ahead.
