Zero results after over 12 sessions, pigmentation from treatment, some staff not friendly at all, wait times are way too long. Too much discount offers but lack of quality treatments within 18 months. Staff within past year refuse to shave small tiny bit of hair missed prior to treatment plus just walk out instead of applying cream afterwards. Extremley disappointing the owner of this business refused to hear complaint about pigmentation as well as newer staff not doing the same job as previous staff in terms of effort, politeness, hygiene. One particular staff member a Middle Eastern woman on 20th December prior to doing treatment didn't even help wipe the blood on my face after she reluctantly gave me a razor to shave one tiny hair nor did . Didn't even offer a plaster nor a tissue. Believe not everyone is prioritised clients wise same way other clients are. Came across as biasdness in who they chose to put effort and commitment to help achieve results for

Paid for full face and neck laser hair removal only to find out on my 5th session that previous 4 were only booked for face and so now they cannot undo them and provide the paid treatment for neck as the individual who booked me made an error. Also I was told that I should have questioned before…it’s my first time doing laser hair removal and no one said how much of the area was covered etc for neck. It’s been consistent poor service from the beginning as I have reviewed on my 3rd visit too as therapists ask you a question and then without even caring to hear what I say they just move on with what they are doing. Terrible communication within the clinic as well as tracking what you have paid how many sessions done etc. I thought I got a good offer but it’s not worth spending a few quid less and getting a substandard service. Very Disappointed🙁

I have bee using the laser clinic at Brent Cross now for year. I always book with Mozhdeh she is really great and friendly. Your totally at ease whilst she carries out your laser treatment. Brilliant service.

I had such a great experience with Laiba during my laser treatments. She is incredibly professional, friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, including the beforecare and aftercare, which really helps me feel confident about the treatment and how to get the best results.

Laiba is very attentive and patient, and she always checks in to make sure I’m okay during the session. Her calm and reassuring approach makes the whole process much easier. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to have the best experience possible.

I would definitely recommend Laiba to anyone considering laser treatments. She’s amazing at what she does and makes every appointment a positive experience!

First time I’ve ever been, excellent results after 2 visits for laser vascular treatment. Professional, seemingly honest advice and treated me only for what I needed. Will go back again in future as and when I need. Very happy with Brent Cross branch.

I had an appointment with Dr Vibirsha Rajkumar, she was condescending and arrogant. Not sure which planet she is on, almost like she were speaking to her help staff.

I went in for my consultation and ended up buying a package for 6 sessions. The lady who saw me for my consultation was very knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. Highly recommend.

All very kind, gentle & honest. Mum (89!) has never had a facial; the results were brilliant & Arinju(sp? Apologies if wrong) was very gentle & professional. We ended up buying 5 more sessions! A huge thank you bc you made her day☺️

Really wish the staff are a little more friendly and connect with customer instead of giving a vibe of unhappy and bored of what they do. A bit of care and kindness can go a long way
