I’ve had a few laser hair removal sessions here and have been treated by Rianna a couple of times now, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Rianna is always incredibly welcoming from the moment you arrive. She’s super friendly, smiley, and immediately makes you feel comfortable. What I really appreciate is how attentive she is: she takes the time to listen to any questions or concerns I have and always reassures me before starting the treatment. Nothing ever feels rushed and she explains things clearly, which makes the whole process feel much more relaxed and professional.

Every time I’ve seen her she has been consistently polite, warm, and very professional. It’s clear that she really cares about making clients feel at ease and well looked after.

Overall, an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this clinic, especially if you get treated by Rianna!

Botox did not take, even after the two week touch up and even though customer services offered to book me back in for a review, they went back on this when I popped back into the clinic and spoke to the receptionist, who must be the manager, and ultimately has the final say, as it’s baffling how they did such an abrupt u-turn.
I didn’t realise that the receptionist also administered Botox, but she must be an expert because I was told firmly there is nothing they can do and it failed because it just doesn’t work for some people. That was the final word and there’s no way it could have been administered incorrectly or not stored properly. I didn’t get a chance to even speak to the injector and I know there was one in the salon that day because the receptionist was telling someone over the phone.
So there you have it. If the treatment doesn’t work it’s too bad. You take your chances with this cowboy clinic and it’s all about making money rather than client care.

I have been doing laster on my legs with Theraphie for over 2 years and I couldn't be happier with the results.
I initially did a course of 10 and now I do one session every 6 months and it works great for me.

Wonderful staff, very professional! I have been going here for years and I always leave feeling satisfied with that results.

Had to miss an appointment due to sickness, which couldnt have been predicted. Called to ask to reschedule and was just given the cancellation policy wording. Cancelling and rescheduling are two different practices. Not impressed.

I was 8 min late and they refused to see me for a treatment of 5min (laser on B/feet). Absolutely no one waiting in the clinic. I respect we shouldn't be late and they are busy but this is the first time I am late in over a year of treatments. This was going to be my last treatment. I won't come here again. There are many more options available.

My visit to skin therapy clinic was a calm and relaxing experiance .staff are very friendly and with their experiance and knowledge i find i get great advice on how to look after my skin .

Just awful. I've had a rubbish experience with Therapie Clinic, over the last three years I've had over 20 sessions (the recommended is 6–10), and the results have been poor. After my tenth session I was promised all sessions would be with a particular higher level therapist, but each time I turned up, I was put with someone else who was not very good. She even told me that I needed treatment on other areas without me asking which I thought was really unprofessional. At times, I have turned up and been waiting for over half an hour for appointments, I've even turned up and been told my appointment is not recorded in their system, despite having been emailed reminders, and had to rebook which wasted a trip. I have had multiple reviews with managers where they have assured me that we will come to a solution, and then not been contacted. I've sent lots of emails with no response. If you call, the customer service staff are incredibly rude. I have wasted my money here and I wish I had invested somewhere else.

Charlotte at Metro Centre Gateshead Branch had excellent customer service and knowledge which made my appointment a lot easier.

I purchased a course of 3 Polynucleotides Eyes treatments at Thérapie Clinic (Wood Green) using Plinest, with the aim of improving my under-eye area.

I completed all three sessions as recommended, with my final treatment on 12 February. It has now been several weeks since completing the course, and unfortunately I have not seen any improvement at all — neither in darkness nor in overall skin quality.

I attended a review appointment where I was advised to wait longer for results. While I understand treatments can take time, I would expect at least some visible change after completing a full course and waiting several weeks post-treatment.

The staff were polite and the clinic itself is professional, but based on my personal experience, this treatment did not deliver any noticeable results.

I think it’s important for others considering Polynucleotides specifically for under-eye concerns (especially pigmentation) to be aware that results may be minimal or not visible.

I visited the Manchester branch today for a Botox review, and supposedly a filler consultation. The reception forgot to book the filler part, which means I have to go back after purchasing the 3ml package and not getting the treatment. During the Botox review I was made to feel uncomfortable as I was unhappy with my results. The dentist carrying out my treatment was talking over me and dressing me down about my knowledge, telling me the results were fine despite having uneven movement and activity in areas that were expected to be static. I wasn’t difficult, I just expressed that I thought the results could be stronger and that my glabella muscle was over active and creating a pulling feeling. I was told the next time I attend I can choose a different therapist - which is very rude. Basically “like the results or go somewhere else”. She eventually accepted what I said and topped up the right areas. It really left me a bit upset, as my previous visits were fun and upbeat (Botox and tattoo). Please pass on this feedback as I have signed up for more and don’t want to be treated as though I am not welcome and I can’t give feedback if I feel more can be done.

Fantastic experience at Therapie Malahide. I’ve done both laser hair removal and microneedling, and the results are excellent. Renata and Yuliya are outstanding therapists who make every visit comfortable and enjoyable. I’ll happily continue my treatments here.

Lauren was fantastic! I had an issue and she was able to speak to her manager to get this sorted for me. Even staying later to sort this issue. I really appreciate the time she took to sort this going above and beyond. Very happy!

Fabulous relaxed environment, so nice to go in relax for 10 minutes and have your treatment done.

Iv tried a few places, but Theripy always has the best results for treatment with exceptional after care and follow up

Mullingar Therapie is newly open. The staff are very nice. The treatment s are as described and professionally performed .My problem with Therapie Mullingar is time management with appointments. Waited over half a hour yesterday and i made my complaint know to staff that this is unacceptable and very unprofessional.Needs improvement.My reason 4 star review .
