Horrible experience . Nobody knows what they doing . They messed up my laser sessions .. staff had no clue told em I had 2 sessions left and booked me in called me confirmed my appointment and when I went to clinic they telling me my sessions ran out and I have to pay .i live an hour away and they wasted my time . I went to another competitor clinic now and I am so much happy that I am no longer with laser clinics ! Be ware !

Holly in Bromley is my absolute favourite therapist to go to; she takes her time to understand you and your skins needs and always delivers!

Holly is great , she made me feel relax and comfort, she gave extra information regarding after care.

Horrible horrible experience!!!! These people don’t even care on getting new clients!! Even before starting the treatment I got 3 cancellations from their side, without even caring and being able to accommodate other days and times-this all over the span of few weeks. Wasted my time completely should have gone to therapie, they have same prices as laser clinic but much much better experience!!

Holly at Bromley clinic was so lovely. It was my first visit and she made sure she explained to me everything around the process and steps.
I also ended up having my first session at the same time it was great.

I have been coming here regularly for months, everyone is always nice & friendly. Yesterday I had Holly doing my treatment. She was absolutely brilliant and im going to request for her each time I have an appointment.

Very good customer service i have been a customer for nine years and I wouldn't go anywhere else i would recommend you are in good hands with professionals who cares about their clients.

I turned up very early to my first appointment today. The lady at reception was very helpful and brought my appointment forward. Ella did my treatment. She explained everything very clearly during and after treatment.

I have had so many laser sessions for years from different clinics and have never experienced such thorough and amazing treatment like I had today with Holly from Bromley clinic. She’s a rock star 👏👏👏hence the 5*.

Therapist was lovely. Great service. Would be ideal if you could book a certain therapist.

This is my fourth treatment at the Bromley clinic. I have always felt welcomed and the technicians have been ver supportive and friendly. They take the time to remind me always about aftercare and have answered my questions.
The place itself is always clean and nicely maintained.
I have more books prepared and I am always looking forward to the visit.

Nicole was very helpful and lovely, gave me lots of details about skin treatment and future possibilities of treatment.

The staff members I dealt with were helpful, friendly and polite.
I get the impression the staff are not respected at all.
They seem to be caught in a loop.
I believe there must be a major issue at the top of this company.

I purchased a Hydra facial package and it was very unsatisfactory with many reasons as to what they couldn't be carried out.

Constant last minute cancellations over 6 months.

I had to persist over months, got to speak with the new manager and she was very helpful and eventually I got a refund.
