My laser session was quick yet extremely thorough! I felt extremely comfortable throughout the whole experience and was put at ease with plenty of lovely chit chat (sorry I can’t remember my therapists name!)

I am very disappointed honestly. Throughout my sessions they were using very light settings and whenever I tried to speak out they were very ignorant and didn’t listen to me. My last appointment when I was talking to the girl she was laughing at my face and making me feel uncomfortable and stupid. Also when they did the treatments it was way to fast and they never covered all the areas and I always had to tell them to go over and cover the whole area which after telling them they did. Worst place ever I don’t recommend. They just want their money and don’t listen and don’t even Lazer the whole area just go over it it very fast and careless staff.

Went to my appointment for face and neck to be told that she couldn’t do due to my pigmentation she could only do my neck I had paid for this in a package and received the rest of the treatments I felt the girl was rude and quite aggressive with me, this was the first time I had came across this at laser hair clinics and I would avoid going back due to the service I received I wasn’t offered an alternative I was just told sorry can’t do it, I should have followed up with a manager however it caught me off guard and have never been treated like that before

I've been attending Last Clinic regularly and my skin has improved so much. Kirsty is a fantastic asset to the team and always goes out of her away to give amazing service. I can't recommend her and the team highly enough!

I am writing regarding my second laser hair removal appointment, which took place today.

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the experience. The staff member seemed rushed throughout the session, and I was concerned that certain safety measures were not followed, such as not placing cotton in the ears. Additionally, the interaction while scheduling my next appointment on the computer felt abrupt and unprofessional.

As laser treatment requires care and attention to safety, I did not feel comfortable during today’s session. For this reason, I would kindly request to be scheduled with a different staff member for my future appointments.

I value your clinic and would like to continue my treatment with a more positive and comfortable experience. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.

I visited Laser Clinics Silverburn today (Thursday, 22/01) at 12:20 for a hair removal treatment, and I wanted to share how exceptional my experience was.

Due to personal reasons, I experienced an unexpected anxiety/panic attack just before the treatment. Although I unfortunately don’t know the therapist’s name, I hope she can be identified by the date and time of my appointment (22/01 at 12:20).

She handled the situation with outstanding professionalism, empathy, and calm. She immediately noticed that something was wrong, showed genuine care and concern, listened patiently, and knew exactly how to help me calm down. Her warmth, understanding, and reassuring presence made a huge difference — I truly felt safe and supported.

Thanks to her care, I was able to regain my composure and we were able to proceed with the hair removal treatment. She was incredibly gentle throughout, regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and made the procedure quick and minimally uncomfortable. Her calm and compassionate approach completely transformed what could have been a very difficult experience into a positive one.

I am genuinely impressed by how professionally and kindly she handled everything. I would like to sincerely thank her for her care, support, and sensitivity — it truly meant a lot to me.

Highly recommended, and I hope this feedback reaches the wonderful therapist who looked after me today.

I had a very distressing experience with the person who handled my appointment yesterday. I left in tears and without any follow-up appointments, despite having paid for the treatment in advance. Her manner was rude and unprofessional, and when I tried to express this, she instead accused me of being rude and stated that she would make notes in my file. She did not offer any apology, even after seeing how upset I was

I've been to the laser clinic in Glasgow for some botox and lip filler. The lady that done my procedures was very professional, explaining everything about the treatment, how it was done and any side effects etc. She was also very friendly and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend her. And the most important thing, I'm very happy with how it looks.

I have had laser sessions and facial microdermabrasion with Christy, and she is amazing. She is very professional and always makes me feel comfortable. I previously had a complaint, and she handled it in a very professional manner, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate her honesty, care.

i always come here love the treament but today i got Skin AHA Enzymatic Micro Peel + LED i felt it was very rushed only took 20 minutes im sure it should be 30-45 minutes for treaments normally

The treatment was supposed to be 40/45 minutes but only lasted for 30 minutes. It was my first time having this facial done but it was just the same as the 5 steps micro dermabrasion which is better than this one. This treatment was also supposed to have a jelly mask included but I didn't feel the jelly mask going on. The Only difference in this facial was the led light. Also had to tell the therapist to put more moisturiser on as my skin felt so tight and dry. Not worth the money

Have been going here for some time and used to just see a random laser tech each visit, but after meeting Lynsey a while back I went out my way to make sure I saw her next time, which often meant visiting at weekends or days that weren't always great as she works part time, however, I made that choice because she was so good and attentive, I love her attention to detail, and I feel like she is as focussed as me on getting the best outcome from the laser sessions. There are two reasons why I am unhappy with the service at Laser Clinics UK. I have had laser treatments earlier so this is not my first time with laser hair removal treatments
1. In most of the laser clinics when I ask for a chin har removal, it usually is the area from the bottom of the face (start of the chin) until the start of the neck, but at Laser clinics if you have to get this done, an extra payment needs to be made.
2. The service itself is not done efficiently. The technician who did the treatment only did it on some parts of the area. It was as if they were in a hurry to finish it soon. After the treatment, they did not ask us to check the work, so that we could let them know if we were happy with the service. When I have gone for Laser treatments in other places, I have experienced the whole area to be clean after the treatment. Here, I could feel hair in the area even after the treatment. On inspection with a magnifying mirror at home after the treatment, I could see hair in the areas which the technician had clearly not touched. So, I feel the treatment was done very carelessly.
Even though the Treatment is a little cheaper than other places in the UK, it’s still not an inexpensive one, and sadly, I feel that I haven’t got my money’s worth.

Laser clinic silverburn offers a great friendly service. Staff are great and always on time.
Laser treatment has changed my life and I would highly recommend.
The girl I had yesterday was so friendly and this made me feel more comfortable. Great service .
