I’m happy with my experience today. This is my 6th Laser hair removal session, and I have been seen by many different technician, but yesterdayI was truly impressed with my technician Sara in St Geroge Centre Harrow as she has a very light and caring hands Unlike others who would just do it so quickly. Thank you for the good service.

Staff was okay, not really that welcoming. The place doesnt feel as clean as it should be, sometimes there was some smell inside the clinic during one of my visits. My most concern was definitely the machine's sanitation, since I noted that the tip of the laser machine seems to be reused because of the dark yellowing color of it, and it keeps getting darker and darker. It's really worrying since that tip touches your skin, and just imagining it touching other's private areas, its very concerning. I do understand that they sanitise or clean it after but still, it does not put my mind at ease at all. I bought 3 sessions, was always apprehensive going to the appointments because of it. Will not be coming back.

I’ve been a client for a while, it’s hit and miss in terms of the people you get but today Henna did my laser hair removal and she was absolutely lovely, made the experience much better. I don’t usually write reviews but she’s worth it. Thanks Henna!

Leila is an amazing therapist from Harrow laser clinic… very friendly, caring, professional and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain the laser hair removal process and gives excellent, honest advice tailored to your needs. She makes you feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. After having bad experiences with other therapists and seeing no results, I was a bit discouraged. Then I met Leila and the difference was amazing. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now. I would highly recommend Leila to anyone looking for a great therapist.

The staff are all very friendly, polite, professional, helpful and very caring. Henna is very nice and i am so happy to have my treatment done with her most of the the time. And when I asked what treatment I should have for my face to suit my skin as I wanted to change my treatment to try something different she gave me honest advise and I was so happy that she suggested something I myself was looking to try

I was disappointed with the service during my laser appointment today. The staff member provided incorrect information regarding makeup. I was wearing only under‑eye concealer and lipstick, areas not being treated, yet she insisted I remove them, claiming it would affect the procedure, which is not accurate. When I asked for clarification, she was abrupt and did not offer any proper explanation.

Sana was amazing. Quick and efficient lady. Would definitely recommend doing it from her.

Very unhappy with the result. I went for skin consultation, and it seems the lady didn't had a clue what she was saying, she couldn't tell me the problem or what wrong with my skin or highlight the problem with my skin, she couldn't recommend me anything she was just saying this is good this is good, and all they want to do there is get you to spend so much on facial. Very poor experience .

As always feeling better when I'm visiting my favourite clinic .

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent laser appointment, which was cancelled without any prior notification.

I arrived at the clinic at my scheduled time and was already at the door. I knocked and also tried calling Manny multiple times, but there was no response—neither at the door nor on the phone. Only then did I realize that the appointment had been cancelled.

This experience was very inconvenient and unprofessional, as I had taken time out of my schedule to attend the appointment. Not informing a client in advance is not acceptable and reflects poor management.

I would appreciate an explanation for this situation and would like to know how this will be addressed to avoid similar issues in the future.

I bought a package in harrow as was told there was an appointment the following morning. It would be great to start the treatment before my holiday, however, after payment, this appoiment magically was no longer available. i explained how upset i was as the whole reason for me to pay there and then was for that appointment alone, otherwise i would have paid on my return. The indian lady dealing with this was very rude.

Due to holidays, we then had to wait 2 months. I requested a refund, it was declined. the lady said if i bought it through the website then they would have refunded but as i went to the store, there was nothing they could do.

Finally we started the treatment. I then moved to Manchester and it became very difficult to book appoinments, I requested a refund again - it was declined and they explained that each location is separate so they could not transfer the treatment. Later that year I had a stroke and became paralysed on nym left side so was not allowed to drive, once again made it even harder to attend appointments. The ladies were happy to wait until i got better rather than stick to sell by dates, which I appreciated and is the only reason why this review is not 1 star.
After I recovered, I started attending appointmnets again. I explained that as I was not allowed to drive, I would be depending on lifts from manchester etc... It has been truly a rollercoaster and very difficult to complete my course. A few times I attended, they were running late so there was no time to do all that was booked, resulting in further appointments. I really wish that a refund would have been issues on my first request. Would have saved everyone all this backwards and forwards.

The good side is that i did see results from the treatment in the beginning

I had a Lovely Hydrafacial treatment today! Staff Sara was friendly, knowledgeable and personable! Laser Clinic Harrow never fails to give a pampering and great experience every time i visit! Highly recommended!

I came in for my annual laser maintenance appointment and had my treatment done by Sarah. She was incredibly professional, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She had such a positive and friendly vibe, I felt well looked after and at ease the whole time. Thank you, Sarah! 😊

I went there for upper lip and chin which I bought as a package. Today I went after a while due to medical reasons. Mirela was extremely kind, considerate and helpful.I would definitely recommend them.

I had my session with Mara, she was so lovely sweet and talkative and gets the job done so well and professionally. I definitely recommend to ask for her if you’re having laser done !

It was my 3rd session with Sarah G. And I am very pleased with the results. Sarah is very nice, and professional.
