Olivia at the High Wycombe branch was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She explained everything clearly and carried out the treatment with great care and professionalism. I never felt rushed; she took her time to ensure everything was done properly and that I was comfortable throughout.

I had booked my appointment during my previous session, but unfortunately I woke up today on my period and experiencing significant pain. As I understand that the treatment can be more uncomfortable during this time, I requested to move my appointment from tomorrow to the next available date after my period, so the experience would be more manageable.
When I called, the attendant, Zara, did not allow me to fully explain my situation and remained focused solely on the 48-hour cancellation policy. While I do understand the policy, I was hoping there could be some flexibility given that this is a health-related issue. I have been a client for over a year and have never had any issues before. In fact, I have previously been able to reschedule under similar circumstances without difficulty.
I appreciate that my appointment falls within the 48-hour window, but this situation was unexpected, and I am currently experiencing severe cramps. I believe there should be some level of discretion or flexibility in cases like this, especially for long-standing clients.
If no flexibility can be offered in this situation, I will unfortunately consider continuing my appointments with other clinic.

really good service, I’ve had a variety of clinicians throughout my treatment and they’ve all been patient during treatment. They’re on hand to help when it comes to rescheduling, very good experience and my hair growth has been minimum so very good equipment

I have had two treatments at High Wycombe so far and am very pleased with the service and the results this far. I think the staff member treating me is Emma who is very friendly and informative and gentle. The treatment at Laser Clinic UK is a lot cheaper than other places I looked at but I would definitely recomment them. Why pay more for no better treatment than at LCUK.

I didn’t get on with this clinic at all. When I arrived, the reception felt chaotic and impersonal, more like a busy GP surgery than a place offering personal treatments. I was handed a tablet of T&Cs with no explanation of what I was agreeing to — not ideal when you don’t have your reading glasses!

The consultation felt scripted and rushed. As a complete first‑timer, I expected someone to explain the actual laser process, equipment, or offer reassurance. None of that happened. I asked a personal question and got a very flat response.

Aftercare products were mentioned, and there was a stand on the desk showing two items, but no explanation of what either product actually does. Was just told yes I would need them.

There was no personalised care at all. When I asked about booking, I was told to just call or book online, and that I wouldn’t be assigned to anyone in particular.

I left feeling none the wiser. I found another clinic the same day and learned more in a 5 minute phone call with them, than I did in the entire consultation here. I had a consultation today at this new place and it felt far more boutique. The consultant was warm and provided lots of information. I had proper patch tests recorded, and I am now booked in with my own personal consultant. The difference in service was night and day.

I have been client at High Wycombe clinic for over the year and was treated several times horribly. In past some worker had awful attitude towards me and my appointment when at the end it was their mistake and some errors in their system. There was always some issues with booking system and my last nerves went when I had message about to confirm my appointment. I tried to select NO as I was ill and couldn't come, again I couldn't respond as their issues, so I called, some lady canceled it for me. Right next day I had phone call that no, it was not canceled as due to 48 hours policy I lost my appointment and my money. I think they really need to work on their professional behavior and attitude and be here for customer. Treatments themselves aren't exactly the best too, so personally - definitely not recommended!

Madison was lovely and assisted me with finding out about other treatments available to me for future visits that may assist with other issues. Melanie was also very informative and helpful with explaining some of the items mentioned by Madison along with the mention of some products that would work well for my problematic skin.

The girls here are always so lovely and very professional, always make you feel at ease and make it a nice experience. Would highly recommend

I recommend you trying Laser Clinics UK - High Wycombe. They offer variety of services and the staff are amazing. Today, Zara look after me well and when it comes to booking it’s very easy. You can do it online through their website or call them straight. They also send sms to remind you of your appointment. 👍🏻👍🏻

I had my treatment with Olivia today who has been one my chosen laser therapist for the past 2 years. The treatment was amazing and she took extra time and tried to fit in all my treatments at the same time as I was more sensitive to the laser today. Overall amazing experience as always , thank you Olivia! :)
