Florina at Ilford Laser clinic was really amazing. Listening carefully and very accommodating.

Florina knew exactly what she was doing. Talking me through the process.

Good service

I had my laser session today ant 10:30 and the lady that looked after me is very kind and patient. Went through all the post laser care information.

I rarely leave negative reviews, however I felt disappointed enough by my recent experience to share honest feedback.

From the outset, the customer service felt poor. An advertised offer was no longer honoured, and although a partial discount was eventually offered, the communication around this was not handled well.

I then needed to reschedule due to a personal emergency and despite calling within the notice period and leaving a voicemail, I was told I would lose the booking unless I emailed explaining the circumstances.

On arrival for the treatment, the reception felt abrupt and unwelcoming. During the facial itself, I was advised to keep my coat on, which I found unusual and uncomfortable. The microdermabrasion felt overly rough compared to facials I have had elsewhere, and I was left in a cold air-conditioned room without any blanket or comfort while staff repeatedly walked in and out.

The overall treatment felt rushed and lacked the relaxing, professional experience I would normally expect from this type of facial.

Following my complaint, I received a phone call stating that the therapist had done everything correctly, with little acknowledgment of how the experience actually felt as a client.

This was simply not the standard of service I was expecting.

This clinic is very good for laser hair removal all staff members are good but Natasha is amazing she’s doing all sessions for me she covered all areas. I really appreciated her work

Had a lovely HydroJelly facial with Natasha and as always it was a wonderful experience. Her attention to detail and customer satisfaction is very high. The manager is also very friendly, and always helpful. Will highly recommend the IIford branch.

Had underarm laser.therapist was quite rude,felt rushed through the procedure.
No privacy/dignity,had to take off shirt in front of therapist,felt horrible,left clinic in shock.
Was not interested even talking about post care.

I had a great time with Laser clinic for my laser removal sessions. The staff was really friendly and helpful and made the experience stress-free. Would absolutely recommend

I booked full body laser removal with them they are very good especially Menal she was very friendly and professional i will definitely book my appointment with them again ….

Ilford staff so unprofessional. Had to call a few times just to schedule in the esthetician I wanted, this also delayed my treatment by a month. I turn up to be told I can’t see the esthetician I requested because she’s got another client, very frustrating. The esthetician I had today was probably the worst session I’ve had to date. She was done so quickly, didn’t want to be there and when I tried to point out areas I wanted her to check again, she basically said I’ll burn. Feel like she missed out so many areas. I’ve had 6 treatments so far, 3 have been so disappointing. Waste of time and money.

On a positive note, thank you Florina. Appreciate your level of care. If Florina is not your esthetician, keep your money.

Natasha was amazing. She was very professional with great attention to detail. She explained the aftercare so well and made everything easy to understand. Hands down the best service I’ve had at Laser Clinics!

This one was my first time doing AHA cosmetic peel. The lady was professional, did the treatment with perfection and answered all of my curious questions.

I called to inform the clinic that I would be running approximately 10 minutes late, at which point I was advised that I had essentially lost an entire treatment session. This is extremely disappointing, particularly as I have pre-paid for a package of 10 sessions.

I am consistently punctual for my appointments and, on many occasions, I arrive early yet still have to wait 15–20 minutes due to backlogs at the clinic. It therefore feels unfair that when the clinic is running behind, customers are expected to wait, but when a customer is slightly late on a single occasion, they lose a session they have already paid for.

Additionally, my treatment typically takes less than 10 minutes to complete (full face and neck). It even feels rushed at times. While I understand and accept that I may be turned away on the day if I arrive late, it is not reasonable to forfeit a fully paid session as a result.

I have paid for ten sessions, and I expect to receive all ten sessions. These treatments are not complimentary, and the handling of this situation has left me very dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. After emailing, I received a call from them and they essentially said the same thing. This policy is written in fine print and isn’t even explicitly told to customers so it’s honestly a way/scheme to make more money off customers.

Today had half face laser !
Was 7min late , walked in and apologised! I was told to take a seat , I can hear the therapist’s talking to each other ! one of the assistants was loud enough for me to hear ? By my name let her wait in a very unprofessional manner!
All stopped what they was doing looking at me , very awkward indeed . The therapist in question carried on looking on her phone … I was ok to wait as was understably late? I just found the ladies all hang around the reception and look at phones … no warm welcome.. As for the treatment was short and sweet , let’s see for results! Would not recommend as not welcoming.

Had a microdermabrasion treatment today at the Ilford Branch. Therapist was friendly, polite and professional, talking me through all the products as she applied them and also recommended some items after I advised her I had been experiencing dry skin recently. Clinic was clean and I was seen on time.

I am customer from more then 3 yrs with Laser Clinic Ilford and always received excellent service from all staff spl.from Florina very kind hearted professional women highly knowledgeable and sweet. Highly recommend if you get a chance to get a treatment from her as she is very busy and in high demand always.

I was really disappointed with my experience here. From the moment I arrived, the therapists seemed unprofessional and disengaged. They stood around chatting rather than creating a welcoming environment or showing any care or concern.

I was booked for a consultation but the therapist did not appear to know what they were doing. They did not ask me any questions, did not look at the forms I had filled in, and jumped straight into talking about treatments with very little explanation. I actually had to stop them and raise an important medical condition myself, which was concerning because it should have been checked and discussed before anything else. Once I mentioned it, I was abruptly told they could not help me at all, which made the entire visit feel like a waste of time.

The website is also quite misleading. It gives the impression that some clinics have doctors on site but this location was staffed only by therapists. When I asked questions about the treatments, nobody could provide detailed answers. They simply repeated the names of the procedures without explaining how they worked or whether they were suitable for me.

Overall, I felt it was unprofessional, unhelpful and staff don’t seem to have much knowledge on the treatments they provide. I would not recommend this clinic. There are plenty of better places to go where the staff actually know what they are doing and take time to understand your needs

Had my third session of Lazer today with lovey Renata she done a fab job made me feel so relaxed she was very friendly and I was very happy with the way she done my treatment Thanku x

Florina was my laser therapist today - she was super welcoming and helpful, covered every area with precision. Overall laser has been amazing for managing my hair growth especially with PCOS, would highly recommend
