❌ 1-Star Review: DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC – THEY FORFEIT PAID SESSIONS WITHOUT WARNING!"Avoid this clinic at all costs! They have taken over £600 of my hard-earned money and wiped out my paid sessions under the claim that they 'expired,' delivering absolutely zero service. I am a working mother of three children, and to be told I just have to 'sit and bear the loss' of £600 is completely unacceptable and predatory.I bought a large package in 2024. After 5 sessions, my hair growth slowed down, so I explicitly spoke to the staff and agreed on a bespoke plan to space my treatments 3 to 4 months apart. The staff fully agreed to this. In 2025, I topped up my account by purchasing 3 more sessions during a 50% discount promotion. I only used 1 session from that point, leaving a clear balance of 4 fully paid, unused sessions.When I went in last week to book, they told me all my sessions were gone. The clinic has my verified phone number and email address. They successfully spam my phone with promotional marketing and discount advertisements every single month, yet they failed to send a single automated text or email warning me that my paid sessions were approaching an expiry date.To make matters worse, the clinic manager literally hid in the corner of the reception desk listening to the conversation, only stepping out when I had to raise my voice to be heard, offering zero customer service. Furthermore, their policy is entirely punitive—on a previous occasion when I ran late, they deducted a full paid session from my balance but refused to perform the treatment, sending me home empty-handed.Retaining a client's money while refusing to deliver the service breaches the UK Consumer Rights Act. I am reporting this branch to Trading Standards, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and I have already initiated a chargeback dispute with my bank to pull my money back. Do not waste your money or trust this business!"

I had my first Hydrafacial today with Amiee and it was such an amazing experience! She made me feel completely comfortable from the start and took the time to explain every step, which I really appreciated.

DISGUSTED. Used them for ages called today as my daughter was running late and they said as she was having quite a few areas done they would just get done what they could within her slot. She got there 5 mins later and they sent her home and said she was too late. When I called the lady on the phone outright LIED which is why I am furious. When I asked if their calls are recorded so we could retrieve the call she said no. I understand why cos they LIE. Then had the cheek to send a no show email when loyal customers have spent a lot of money with you don't lie on them.

I have been a prepaid package client with Laser Clinics UK and have generally been satisfied with the treatments themselves. Unfortunately, my recent experience with customer service has been very disappointing.

I had to cancel an appointment due to flu-like symptoms after returning from international travel. I contacted the clinic as soon as possible and felt it would have been irresponsible to attend a close-contact laser treatment while unwell.

Despite this, the Luton clinic refused to waive the cancellation fee or reinstate the session, citing policy and previous goodwill gestures. I escalated the matter to head office, only to be referred back to the clinic multiple times, with no one taking ownership of the decision.

While staff were polite, the process was very rigid and lacked empathy or discretion in a genuine medical situation. As a client who paid in full for a 10-session package in advance, I expected a more reasonable and supportive approach.

Potential customers should be aware that cancellation policies are applied very strictly, even in cases of illness, and escalation may not lead to a resolution.

Mariam was so lovely and amazing, would highly recommend her! She made you feel so comfortable and did a great job.

Very disappointed if I am being very honest. I bought 10 sessions at the end of 2024 to start doing my treatment as it says that it reduces hair growth by at least 90%.

While doing my treatments I asked once if we could increase the intensity of the laser as I could barely feel it and I also knew that intensity is supposed to increase while you’re doing the treatment, I was told that I was already on the max setting.

After I finished the sessions purchased in this clinic, no longer than 1-2 months after, I had FULL GROWTH on the areas that I treated consistently for over 8 months.

I had to repurchase more sessions, this time in a different clinic, just to be told on my first session that my settings should be way higher for the amount of treatments that I had, and that was probably the reason why the hair grew all back.

The customer service was always good when I went to the clinic but I am very disappointed by the lack of honesty, sounds like this clinic is running a money grab scheme in order for customers to buy, they use the low settings that are enough to see results while still doing the treatments but once you stop, not even 1-2 months later you see the full growth back again.

It was clear that Carla was specialist and experienced from her explanation and information she provided. She booked an appointment to provide laser treatment dedicated area.

I have now used this laser clinic 8 times and cannot fault their service and attention to detail. Always on time, very clean and the staff are always very pleasant.

I had my microneedling treatment done by Amy at the Laser Clinic, and she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every step of the process, which really put me at ease. The treatment was done with such care and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be booking back in with Amy for my next session. Highly recommend!

I've been having laser hair removal treatments for many months now and I noticed huge results. The clinic is really modern and the staff is fantastic. I had my appointment with Hannah around 2 months ago and she was really professional, kind and lovely. She has a great knowledge about the treatment and it's clear that she really knows what she's doing. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Can't wait for my next appointment 🤗
