I'm so pleased with the results of my first treatment for facial veins with Tamsin. Booking was easy via the website, the consultation was timely and relaxing as was the treatment. The staff are friendly and I was happy to receive personalised advice and recommendations. I've already booked a further 2 appointments and purchased skincare. Would highly recommend.

Attended Newcastle,Northumberland street today for an ageless peel with Lucy R ...what a great treatment my skin was quite dull ...but wow I was certainly glowing when I left ...Lucy R was so lovely and talked me through every step and was so knowledgable regarding the products she was using.
Overall a brilliant experience and would highly recommend.

Lucy at Newcastle is just brilliant. I was so nervous about laser hair removal and thought it would be embarrassing and awkward. All the staff are so efficient and welcoming. It feels no different to going to the hairdressers! I am always put at ease, my concerns and questions are answered, I feel all areas are done carefully and I am promptly rebooked. Can absolutely recommend. Just wish I had done it earlier!

I had my laser hair removal done by Lou, in the Newcastle clinic. She was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Really recommend- as all their staff as lovely and very helpful!

Perfect first appointment. I was made to feel at ease and had everything explained to me in depth. All questions covered and staff were fantastic.

Had an amazing treatment from Lucy today in the Newcastle clinic. She was very knowledgeable and talked me through the process, making me feel at ease straight away.

For Alanis who I saw today I would give 5 stars, she was so lovely during the treatment and she really had a lovely chilled energy about her. I would highly recommend Alanis, she must be a highly respected member of your team.

I’m dropping 2 stars for the reception as there is no one there to man it and you seem to rely on therapists inbetween treatments getting the phone and seeing to clients. This must be such a stressful way for therapists to work, not to mention the clients you could lose through the phone not being answered or clients not being seen upon arrival!

All the team are amazing!
