Very disappointed , it not happened only once with me, I going there I have a treatment for 60 min but somehow they always finish in 40-45 minutes, explain me how is that possible. Sorry the treatments are not that cheap to close your eyes, and other things some of the staff they even don’t explain steps what are doing during the treatment

Today was my 4th time coming to this clinic and today was the best session I’ve had , I had a lady called Natalia and she was amazing so nice and was very professional she made my feel very comfortable throughout my whole treatment. I would highly recommend this place but especially Natalia.

I have developed stretch marks acne and extra hair Sara and Pauline were utterly sneaky playing me around “professionally” taking me for an idiot lying straight up to my face and when the mange to get the worst out of me they said I’m rude may Allah take revenge from this company and it’s employees Ameennnnnnn not all of them except for few ill leave it for Allah to decide but wallah I ask him publicly to show me justice take place from this manipulative gossipy cult hasbia Allah wa nee3ma al wakkeeel

This was my first visit to the laser clinic and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. Having your body go through laser treatment makes you feel quite vulnerable. Lorena made the whole experience much easier by simply being a very polite, nice and friendly person. Before I knew it, it was all over. I am definitely not dreading going back there!

They were super flexible with my appointment time and bent over backwards to accommodate us. The girl I had today for my laser was phenomenally good - I would highly recommend this Reading Laser clinic.

Your skin problem/issue is absolutely none of their business, all they care is to get done with their schedule/appointment even if it can damage the future of your skin.
I prepayed my microneedling and booked an appointment, my bare face skin felt very dry & flaky, tight, sensitive on the appointment day, i was a bit worried as to if i should do it or wait for my skin to become better, i went over to the clinic to discuss but what i was thrown on my face was to go ahead and do it, i told them i didn’t feel it right and i may wish to wait and even pay some minimal amount for cancellation but they forced me and told me if i don’t do it, they will charge me in full… it was so off putting, since i had to advocate for myself i didn’t felt that Microneedling was right on that day, they forced me to pay for another new treatment but not reschedule my appointment based on the condition of my skin.
The staff is really pushy, the motive is not care but to run their schedule and finish their task, while you go for treatment for the future of healthy looking skin but it may cost you the opposite.
Never wasting my money on a brand that’s only focus is money oriented come whatever on your face. Be careful we are not here to spoil our face.
So sorry a brand with professional product but absolutely untrained staff and unaccomodating policies

I have been going here a while now for lazer on underarms, half legs and Hollywood. It has worked amazing for me. All the staff are lovely. I had Chelsea today who was excellent and full of knowledge and made me feel SO comfortable!

Since my first appointment there's always been a bit of a wait on arrival, but when you get in it's quick and painless. Great results and the team are very friendly

Reading Oracle branch - wouldn’t go anywhere else, the team are so friendly, professional and caring. I’ve been 8 times now and my appointments are always so stress free. Laser hair removal treatment is the best self investment I’ve made.

I have been treated by the wonderful staff here - Zuni, Paula, Geni, Sara to name a few. Have been booking sessions for laser treatment and impressed by the many highly experienced technicians here!

Staff so rude and very unprofessional. Did not do the laser properly, I did not see the rssults at all. I was not comfortable and would never recommend lcuk to anyone.

I have had three treatments for lip and chin laser removal and there has been absolutely no change, not even a small change and I feel like I wasted my money . I still have three more sessions but I doubt it will make a difference . I also feel like when I go for a session it is always rushed . An absolute waste if my money having this laser hair removal on my lip and chip as it has not an iota difference after three sessions.
