The clinic is unprofessionally run. The staff are not trained. A bero highlighter is used to mark your body, the equipment is not cleaned between clients, no towels to cover up, not enough glasses as eye protection.
I've had the door opened midway through a intimate area laser session, had appointments cancelled 3 times within an hour of scheduled appointment. The phone is never answered!
The results of the laser is non existent because the staff stick to the lowest settings due to lack of training. Avoid is worth paying more and using a clinic where you will see results and more professional.

Sadia is very professional, she always makes sure I am comfortable and is thorough before every treatments making sure I am safe to go ahead and reminds me about aftercare procedures too. I am very happy with her service and I am pleased with the results. I highly recommend having your treatment with Sadia if you do choose to come to this branch.

My experience was with a skin therapist in Solihull on 28.10.26! She was extremely knowledgeable about skin and I’ve had the best experience with the hydro facial platinum treatment! My skin is super supple and is glowing! Thankyou💖

I’ve consistently had an amazing experience here. Megan, who does my laser treatments, is incredibly kind and friendly, she always makes me feel completely comfortable. The rest of the team are just as welcoming and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. The customer service is outstanding, and I’m genuinely very impressed. I would highly recommend this place, it’s absolutely worth travelling for.

Very hit and miss depending who does your treatment. Last session was good, today’s was awful, felt processed rather than having a service

Need to maintain same standard no matter who does your treatment or let you book with a specific person who you know does the treatment properly

Very professional

I went for a consultation for a specific treatment that was on their site however when I got there she said she doesn’t know why it’s advertised as they don’t offer that treatment. A completely pointless consultation and a waste of my time. I was offered an alternative treatment which was purely just a skin care regime which I know is unsuitable for me and probably most people with rosacea as it’s too much of a harsh chemical.

AVOID! I purchased 2 treatments however when you then log in & go to their systems to book an appointment for the whole of 2026 it’s not showing any appointments!
I’ve emailed five times, called & left messages with no help or response!
I’ve requested a refund & again all I got it ‘we are a franchise’ so can’t issue a refund!
This is just about taking your money then you’re unable to book in for any service.

I came in at 14:50 for my appointment which was at 15:00. Was told I am not on their system at first before confirming my mobile number and name, and was told to sit down until one the members of staff would speak to me. It became 15:40 (40 minutes later) in which I was given no apology about the wait, and was told to fill in the consent form, and was then seen by the consultant who I initially had spoke to when I came in. She then rushed the job and didn’t take her time to make sure every part of what I paid for was covered and treated properly. Ridiculous and a time waste, because if it was me coming that late to my appointment I would not have been seen! I will have to avoid the Solihull clinic from now on and would recommend people to go to other clinics or a different brand.

Overall the results are effective and good- so an extra point for the laser treatment - From my experience with the solihull touchwood branch it will only be a few stars for service - its pot luck who treats you each time so zero rapport is built - as different person every time no option to book with the same person. i have had about 15 sessions over the past few years for two seperate areas lip and chin and most recently underarms - the most recent vist (today) I was lasered still even having grazes to my skin from shaving. I realise I should have shaved and allowed a healing period but I did not realise the serious implications if not followed as was not explained to me- in reality I should have rebooked and lost my appointment I would have accepted this as my fault if given the option. I have lost confidence in the professionalism in the staff - there has always been a reasonable amount of waiting for the appointment slot even if I have arrived early or to time. My appointment today she handed me the laser aid on a cotton pad to apply my self - which was a first as all previous visits this has been done for me so I had to ask awkwardly if she could do for me as no mirror. I have another appointment booked - but will possibly look in to going elsewhere to be honest unless there’s change in the service and how the treatment is provided. i would strongly suggest giving the option to see the same person administering the laser treatments or at least improve customer service - hardly approachable unfriendly, very transactional - again very happy with results but poor shop/clinic experience !

I’ve been attending laser clinic in Solihull. It is so difficult to get a appointment here, no one answers the phone call, I’ve called on many Occaisions to re arrange an appointment and even to ask a question but never get anyone who answers. I have to go to the centre which takes up and good few hours of the day to speak to someone. It’s not always convenient. The staff are clearly over run here, I’ve had some appointments where I’ve been seen 1/2hr after my appt time and even 45 mins. They don’t have a member of reception staff, the online booking system always gets my payment mixed up and the staff can never find where my payment has gone, this goes to management and it’s just a loong and stressfull process. The laser itself isn’t so bad, it’s showing a difference as I’ve not had many I cnt comment. I was hoping to have had a lot more but the money keeps going missing! Management need to review the running of this place in Solihull.

Absolute rubbish service. They get you by their cheap hair removal packages and then never answer the phone or respond to your online request to book an appointment. Even emailed them and sent an Instagram. Requesting my money back for the full package now. Complete waste of time and incompetent company!
