Very poor results on my legs .
forced to pay more because I chose to pay cash on the appointment day even though I made the reservation when they had a discount!!!!

The girl I had was extremely friendly, bless her she had to run out to get gloves and kept me updated while I waited. Bare in mind I only waited 5 mins but the level of care and worry they have is soo lovely makes you feel very comfortable-

I just had my Hydrafacial with Precious at Laser Clinics Stratford and it was fantastic. I'm used to this treatment but this was possibly the best one I've had yet. Very thorough and focusing on congested areas exactly like I needed it. She was great. Will be coming back soon!

It was my first time to have my laser here at Laser Clinics Westfield Stratford. I got nervous at first but the staff named Darshita was very nice and gentle that made me feel at ease.

I have been undergoing facial laser treatments for several years, so I am very familiar with the procedure and the appropriate intensity levels for effective results. I recently attended your clinic to use a prepaid session I had remaining before it expired.
Before the treatment began, I clearly requested that the laser be performed at a higher intensity, as I am not a first-time client and require a setting suitable for ongoing treatment. However, despite my request, the treatment was carried out at the lowest possible level, which is typically used for first-time sessions. As a result, the session has had no effect whatsoever.
Also, I was very concerned that the laser was applied directly over an inflamed spot on my face. In my past experiences with other practitioners, this area has always been carefully avoided to prevent skin damage or pigmentation issues. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit, and I am now left with visible marks on my skin following the treatment.
I find this level of care highly unprofessional and disappointing. Clients trust trained practitioners to carry out treatments safely and appropriately, and this experience has not met even basic expectations.

staff are lovely and very thorough when doing laser hair removal. they make sure that you are comfortable and ploite, the facilities are clean and well maintained too. would definitely recommend :)

The company often starts your sessions late. If you are 3mins late they will cancel your appointment. Been burned by them doing laser . And front desk staff are rude . Been going to them over a year not getting any better once I finish my bulk sessions will not be using this branch . Only stayed because it was convenient .But I should have been finished with laser ages ago .They hang up the phone to avoid dealing with problems. And also manager is never in always away on holiday

Johanna performed my Microneedling in Stratford Westfield and was amazing! She was super knowledgable, talked to me about proper after care and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was ok. She explained the process thoroughly and the results are amazing. I've also had Laser with Asmia in the past who is also amazing and gave great service! Thank you Stratford

Asima was a great therapist. She actually took the time for hydra facial and my skin finally feels like I’ve gotten something done. Previous two sessions were so quick and with no result that it felt almost like a disappointment.

I have not been entirely satisfied with the treatment. Firstly you don’t get the same therapist and there is a particular therapist that is not doing my laser properly so it’s pointless ! Especially when it’s an intimate procedure.
You should put the option to have the same therapist for all your sessions.
