Good laser treatment but poor customer service
I just cannot understand the rationale of them not doing the treatment first before chatting around.
I purchased a number of underarm laser hair treatments.
If you come early or on-time, they will chat around first and let you sit for a while and call you after 5-10 minutes. Mind you, the treatment room is unoccupied and there are 4 staff in the front desk chatting around (not work-related, because they speak loud definitely I can hear them because seats are right just in-front of the front desk)
Laser treatment itself is just 5 minutes. Expose your underarm. Laser. Then they will ask you to apply the cream. Then go. Probably, the session is allotted for 15-minute service that’s why they let you wait for 5-10 minutes.
If you come like 5 minutes late, you need to rebook. They always say that they can no longer accommodate you even if 3-4 staff are just chatting around in the front desk.
Laser treatments are effective but definitely needs to improve on customer service.
