Had Laser appointment, was very happy by the service received.

Throughly enjoyed my treatment my skin has never felt better. Always have trouble with dryness.
Products are working well so far.
Highly recommend Bethany she was very helpful and explain the procedure and products that would help.
Definitely will continue with treatments.

Every now and then issues arise from this clinic and I’m so tired and drained from the stress they always cause. I have a baby which they don’t allow me to bring and can’t leave her anywhere due to restrictions. I called before my 9am app to re-schedule my appointment but the clinic was closed. When they called they said I’ve had 7 no-shows apparently but never once have I been charged so why am I charged now?? they’ve taken my money and won’t give another appointment instead because apparently I didn’t let them know. I tried to call but the clinic was closed. It’s not fair I don’t want to attend any of these clinics anymore the staff are so rude and don’t want to help. The worst part about all this is the treatment has not even worked not a single bit.
