Always a simple, professional and easy experience. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. From the moment you arrive you feel taken care of. Cannot recommend this place enough. Just perfect.

Wonderful staff, accommodating, no discomfort or embarrassing moments when being zapped in private areas.

I go to Robina clinic and they are always amazing there. Efficient, professional, friendly, good results, easy to book online, affordable, and easy to park/short walk in. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Carisa at Robina... she's amazingly knowledgeable, charming and capable.

If I only had the legal grounds to sue this clinic for the stress and damage they’ve caused me, I would.

I pre-booked six treatments, but apart from the first one, every single visit has been a complete waste of time, all thanks to the so-called “helpful” team at the Robina centre.

Twice, I received confirmation for bookings and, upon arriving, was told there was no room available. I was asked to rebook, and politely did so, even taking another day off work, despite the fault being entirely theirs.

Another time, I had a morning appointment. I was the first person there and still had to wait 20 minutes. Then they booked me in for a lunchtime appointment. I waited again, only to be told all rooms were full, even though I could clearly see staff sitting around, eating and laughing. Magically, a room became available after their lunch break ended, with no other clients coming or going.

Today was the final straw. I had an 11:20 AM appointment booked online. I took time off work again, arrived early, and simply asked whether I could also have my ears treated (which cannot be booked online). Their answer? “There’s no room available for your skin tone.” They asked me to rebook for another day in the afternoon, after all I had already sacrificed just to attend.

I am completely fed up with their lies and their careless attitude. They make mistakes, and customers are the ones who pay for it, literally and emotionally. I can’t help but feel that my treatment has been dismissive and indifferent simply because I’m a man.

Now I’m about to leave the country for a long time, and I’ve lost the money for my final treatment. I told them to keep it. I would rather lose money than have to deal with such unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour ever again

I had my first laser treatment at Robina Laser Clinc where the staff were very helpful. Brooke was absolutely wonderful and explained everything in detail, before commencing, and during treatment,
step by step, ensuring I was comfortable with the process. The clinic has experienced and skilled staff with knowledge of the products used. I highly recommend their services. Mandy Davison

Truely awful customer service at Robina yesterday. The girl in question could not have been more unwelcoming had she tried. My wife and I walked out and have an appointment today at another clinic.

Both of my appointments at the Robina branch have been super helpful in understanding the treatments I need and a plan moving forward in accomplishing results. The girls are lovely and friendly.
