I’m sharing my personal experience so others can make an informed decision.
I spent approximately $1,200 on Botox and filler at this clinic. I followed the aftercare instructions and waited the recommended time for the treatment to settle. Unfortunately, the results were very minimal and not what I expected for the amount paid.
I returned to the clinic for a review appointment hoping the issue could be addressed. During the review I was told that if I wanted the result improved I would need to pay an additional $530 for more product.
After already spending $1,200, I wasn’t comfortable paying more, so I decided to try another clinic. I later paid $400 elsewhere and experienced noticeably better results.
Based on my experience, the overall value and outcome did not meet my expectations. I would encourage others to do their research and compare clinics before committing to treatment.

Complaints lodged for Laser Clinics Sunshine Plaza - do not attend the Sunshine Plaza Clinic, unprofessional conduct, disrespectful staff, no protection of client dignity, and poorly managed clinic.

Laser Clinic Sunshine Plaza which I have discovered is great for my skin needs Bec is a great Consultant who recognised my needs and has set me on the path to great skin…their products are the best I think I have ever used my skin feels soft and radiant.

I have had several injectors at Laser Clinics (at various locations) and Simone Crowe at the Sunshine Plaza QLD is by far the best.
Her attention, knowledge and professional and caring approach is much appreciated. Great results.
I have recommended her to my friends.

Amazing service from Saffron at the Maroochydore clinic. I've had a few laser hair treatments and found them to be quite painful. Saffron was patient, understanding and made my treatment the most tolerable I have ever had. Thank you Saffron for caring and taking the time to make the experience bearable. Really appreciate your amazing service.
