The gel you've ordered is for Professional Use only. This should not be used at home or without any proper training or certifications. If you are not trained to use this gel please stop immediately as you can cause serious damage to your clients.

Please contact us directly before leaving a negative review with a question that could of been easily resolved via email / phone call. But yes, this gel should always be refrigerated. Anything over 16% hp should always be refrigerated. This should have been taught during your training course. Please contact us directly if you have any questions on how to use this before administering this on an actual patient. Serious damage can occur if not used correctly. We could have easily replaced the syringe for you if you had contacted us directly with your issue. Sometimes products can get damaged during shipping!
