Unpleasant experience
I was fine with the kits being a slightly different color since this was my first batch and I planned to refine it later. The real issue was the labeling: the box says â12+,â but the instructions inside say â16+,â which doesnât follow ADA standards.
When I raised this, Eric called it a âsmall errorâ and suggested adding labels and having patients sign waivers. He even compared it to buying a custom suit with the wrong washing instructions saying youâd just change the tag, not the suit. Patients are not suits, and healthcare products should never be treated that way.
They offered a return at my expense, then withdrew that offer when I declined. I have screenshots of all conversations. This was unprofessional, and I would not recommend DentalOrigin.
