I have yet to receive my boneless couch I paid for it 2 months ago very unsatisfied

Purchased 2 items and was charged, said it would ship within 3 days. Tgen 8 days later tried to charge 4 more times to my card th8s time totaling over 130 dollars. Still no order updates or any tracking numbers.

Scam and they will continue to take $$ randomly.

Such a scam. I tried to order two couches and then found multiple charges on my debit card. Sent out multiple emails. Phone calls to no avail. never received anything never heard anything back. Had to cancel my card because charges were being made left and right.

I placed my order on June 23rd. I then read reviews about the couch and was worried that I wouldn’t receive my couch. I immediately, within 15 mins reached out to cancel my order. They stated that it was already in processing and they’re unable to cancel my order. It is now been over a week and it still says that my orders are processing. I woke up to a declined transaction for $39.99 the same company that took money the first time, HELPYOUSUCCEED (or something like that) tried to take an additional amount, one that I did not authorize. Buyers BEWARE! Just had to order a new card online and hopefully that’ll keep them from trying to take more unauthorized money.

Ordered my boneless couch on june 11 and one email saying thank you for my order and it will ship within 1-3 business days. Yep still waiting! Silvoafashions is the company that took my money and keeps trying to take more money!! Luckily my card is frozen!!

I also ordered a boneless couch on March 29,2026 and like everyone else I did not received it yet and this is June 21,2026. I tried calling and texting them with no reply. They are definitely a scam. Trust me!!@

Still waiting on my boneless couch to get here cuz .if it don't I'll let my lawyer handle it .it should be arriving any day now .I have my receipt for it .send me what I paid for lash aura

I ordered the $9 couch they continue to attempt to charge my card for $39.95, they refuse to respond to any attempts to contact the. Ordered the "$9" sofa in March, never came I did get my money back about a month ago after speaking with my financial institution; however, it's June and they have yet again attempted to charge my card $39.95

as of today, no shipment, no couch and no customer service. gee, should have read these reviews first.

I ordered from this company not only did they charge me from their affiliate companies for a total of 109.48 but they also haven't responded to my request for a refund. Even though it has been 4 months still says my oder is being prepared for delivery. They have now blocked me from contacting them. Please don't buy from this company it is fake. The real lush aura is based in Dubai and they don't deliver to USA.

I ordered two couches three months ago I have emailed them letting them know I’ll lawsuit if I don’t get a refund or a response with my package being on the way. They definitely suck as.

I placed an order with these people it's going on three months for furniture and I watch it's going on three months I repeated asking them for a refund no response they keep saying that my orders are on the way karma is nothing to play with you weep what you sow in my eyes and the good Lord will make them pay they say God looks out for babies and fools and fool me once shame on me fool me twice shame on you

I placed two orders for boneless couches and since then I have been having the worst experience trying to get someone on the phone or even reply back to my emails. I placed my orders on 5/21/2026. It’s June 4th and I still haven’t received a tracking number or reply

This place is crap. Ive tried calling over and over and over left a number of voice mails and emails. No response from them. My order still hasnt been delivered or even shipped. Then they tried taking more money out of my account. This place is a scam

I've ordered a Boneless Cloud Sofa on February 15th promised that it was gonna arrive in no more than 15 days. Here we are May 23rd and STILL NO COUCH, NO REDUND, AND NO CONTACT. I've gotten ONE EMAIL saying they were looking but never got back to me. I feel scammed and want their number or imma go on a trip to the headquarters.

I ordered the boneless couches and I haven't received and not able to make contact with any one... I order it for my mother's mother's day gift.. considering she had none..so I've been left with a mom's tht is sad and disappointed...

I ordered the cloud sofa on April 27 got no tracking number or product they took the money and try to call never get someone to answer the phone leave messages no call back no text scam they will take your money and you get scammed

It's a scam! You won't recieve your boneless couch, and to make things worse.. they'll keep charging your card, under different names but for the same amount. For me, the amount was $41.40 but for other people, the anount varies. I cancelled my card out, and disputed the charges with my bank and was able to get my money back.
