I have always struggled with lashes and frankly had given up. When I saw the ad I wasn’t even going to try but am I glad I did. This product is amazing. So easy to use, so flattering and the quality is exceptional. Would highly recommend

Op 4 juli besteld> vandaag 18 juli nog niet ontvangen.
Contact gezocht via de mail, dat ik de tracking site onduidelijk vond. Kreeg steeds reactie op gekke tijdstippen (02:00u Nederlandse tijd).
Gevraagd via welke verzender het word opgestuurd, geen reactie op deze vraag.
Gevraagd waar mijn bestelling blijft. Pas na het vele mailen heb ik op 16 juli een tracking update ontvangen. “ Arrived at the origin international airport”. Wat er al 2 dagen staat.
Nu lees ik andere reviews dat het retourneren net zo slecht is dus ik hoop dat ik straks toch de wimperkruller heb ontvangen en er wel tevreden mee ben…..

Update: product ontvangen na 3 weken. Werkt niet bij mij. Ik ga niet eens moeite doen om te retourneren ze reageren niet op mij. product komt denk ik uit China. Weggegooid geld!!

It was very clear after receiving the order that it´s a scam. There is no brand name anywhere to be seen and everything basically screams that the item is from China and not what was really ordered. Don´t make any orders to this place.

This lash curler is amazing — it has truly become a breakthrough in my makeup routine. It works fantastically, even though I was a bit skeptical when I first saw it. I love it: great value for money!

Took my money on the 15th May, my purchase still hasn't been received. Ive contacted them twice but no response. Buyer be ware of this company, not happy at all.

Seemingly a scam company. All appears legit when you place the order, with regular contact from the customer care team with the status of the order, until it is dispatched. After that, the tracking info changes without warning and correspondence/replies to email seizes entirely. Buyers beware!!

Haven’t revived the item. I was told it was at the sorting office two weeks ago, the tracking link doesn’t work, nor does the website and I haven’t heard back from my email.

Does not work on my lashes at all. Asked for a refund but got no discount or refund at all after asking several times. I do not recommend.

Ik mis gewoon een heel product

Geen verschil in wimperlifting tov normale wimperkruller met de lash ease wimperkruller. Omdat het geen cosmetisch product is geeft de klantenservice aan dat het niet in aanmerking komt voor de niet goed geld terug garantie. Terwijl dit niet op de website is terug te vinden, daar wordt alleen verwezen naar de algemene voorwaarden. Dus 2 sterren omdat het wel je wimpers lift, niet meer omdat het geen verbetering is tov andere wimerprullers en je geen gebruik kan maken van de niet goed geld terug garantie.

LET OP!!!!! Niet te retourneren!!! Trap er niet in!!!! Ondanks dat op de website staat niet tevreden geld terug én 100% geld terug kan het niet worden geretourneerd als de plastic seal van het doosje is verwijderd en je het product alleen hebt bekeken. De voorwaarden zitten vól met tegenstrijdigheden!!! Waardeloos!!!

Have not received my product and have had no response to my emails with regards to this. The tracking email has not been effective with tracking order. I would not encourage others to order due to how unreliable and unorganised this service is.

I recently ordered the heated eye curler from Lash Ease, and honestly, I’m sooo happy I did! The curler works amazing and makes getting ready so much easier!

What really stood out to me though, was the customer service. I started getting worried that my package wasn’t going to arrive, so I reached out to support. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure my package was tracked and updated me along the way. I’m really glad I reached out because everything arrived perfectly in the end.

It’s rare to find a brand with both great products and genuinely caring customer support these days. Definitely recommend Lash Ease! 💕

Never received my item, customer service was unresponsive and no help. Definitely scammers

It is a horrible product and does not work at ALL. It is a total scam. On top when you send them a mail to ask for a refund, they say that returns are only allowed with unopened products. They acknowledge it does not work on straight lashes but say it is essentially my problem.

Wacht al bijna een maand op de electrische wimperkruller. Op de website staat andere info over verzendtijd en ook dat het product nog niet is uitverkocht. Ik heb contact opgenomen en krijg verkeerde shipment informatie. Klopt dus ook niet.

Nice product but took quite a while to deliver.

Purchased an eyelash curler from Lash Ease and unfortunately it doesn’t work as advertised. I followed all the guidance provided and still didn’t get results. When I contacted customer service, they refused a refund due to their hygiene policy, despite the product being ineffective. They also advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, but this doesn’t apply once the box is opened, which makes it feel quite misleading. Disappointing experience overall and not what I expected.
