Some information, please!
After years of zero problems I have now been waiting since December 2025 for my orders to be released. That's two marathons ago. I am not unfamiliar with the wait time post-marathon, but terrible to no response to repeated inquiries is a very poor way to run a business. Hey guys, where are my wines? Has anyone had to get lawyers involved?

I am still waiting on a Marathon order from December. Its April. Emails and voicemail have gone unanswered. I would be ok if there was any communication. But nothing. Feeling like I got scammed.
This company was great. Good wines, good pricing, good service. I have been buying wines for several years from them. Dont know what happened, but Last Bottle has gone bad. Very sad

Order 6 bottles on 3/31 and tracking number said delivery would be 4/6. When I go to FEDX Tracking it shows the wine never left. This happens all to frequently with these guys and although they do have some good prices it's not worth the hassle.
Non-Functioning Customer Service
On two out of two occasions, they took my money and then didn't follow through on communications. They are totally inflexible about such things as changing a delivery date because you are unavailable (wine deliveries must be signed for by an adult). On another occasion, they tell you your wines are ready to ship and two weeks later you're not even getting a message that the wines are on their wine, with no response to any follow-up inquiry. The prices are OK but can be matched at several other similar platforms on the Internet. Better off using one of them instead.
Offered refund many months ago, but never sent.
I had multiple orders for delayed delivery (it was too hot in Texas when I ordered). When Fall came around, I was expecting my paid orders to be delivered. They never were. Lots of excuses. Finally they offered a refund to my card. Never happened. Then they offered to mail a check. Still hasn't happened. It is April!
Last Bottle made up for previous mistakes
I posted an unfavourable review about Last Bottle last month. Since then, all the problems with undelivered product have been corrected, and a Last Bottle executive apologized by phone and also offered me a gift.
So I will be purchasing from this company again.

They asked if I would like a refund which I accepted. That was then followed up with shipping the wine. They did not give the refund.
Seems that their excuse had gone from “busy holiday” to “extreme temperatures.” After being told that multiple orders of mine are on indefinite hold, the customer service rep asked what my preferred shipping address is. You would think that maybe the one that I gave when I ordered would be good? Sounds more like a scam than a legitimate business.
No response regarding missing case of wine
I've been a customer for several years. In the past, they always resolved any issues and I kept coming back.
But, recently, I have been unable to contact them about a missing case of wine that supposedly shipped 4 weeks ago. I've emailed multiple times and have not received a response regarding the missing box.
Here are the facts:
January 23: I receive notice that two boxes shipped using a third-party shipper that gets the boxes to Texas. Tracking numbers are provided. Even now, the UPS tracking number associated with one of the boxes does not show that UPS ever scanned the box.
January 28: One box arrives. The other--a full case--has not arrived.
February 5: I emailed Last Bottle saying I was missing the second box. No response.
February 10: I follow up. I send a second email that day identifying the exact 12 bottles that did not make it. No response.
February 12: I call the phone number and leave a voicemail. No response.
February 20: I email again. No response.
February 21. I write this review.
Another week of emails and no response
Another week of emails and no response. I don't want to be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Update: They finally got back to me after 3 weeks and did offer a credit for the compromised wine.
Purchased online on January 26th no delivery or correpsondence
Purchased online on January 26th. Shows being prepared for shipping. Today is February 17th. I emailed last bottle multiple times with no response whatsoever. Buyer beware as something is going on with this company.
Non Existent Customer Service
Their shipping dept is a joke! If you order, don't expect it to arrive for several weeks... If you email them, don't ever expect a response! Wine Spies is so much better!
No responses
Does not respond to multiple emails concerning wine order and status of shipment. Terrible customer service now. Used to respond in 1 or 2 days. It's been 3 weeks now.
I have used Last Bottle for years but now....
I have used Last Bottle for years. In the past I had mostly good experiences (one fairly badly corked batch of wine that they refunded). Recently however the costumer service, the shipping of wines, and even much of what they offer has tanked. I have two outstanding order from TWO MONTHS AGO. I have written 3 times and have been ignored. I will wait until the end of the week then contest the charges with my credit card company.
I know the company was sold a few years ago and this is obviously when the quality went down. Too bad. What I don't think they realize is that there are many online wine sellers who do basically the exact same thing and so they are not really needed. Better up their game or lose their game.

Last Bottle Wines seems to have changed its shipping to another system and wine shows as fulfilled, isn't. Customer service is completely unresponsive. Going to send my business to WTSO and other options.
Terrible Customer Service
Good deals but you often get orders incorrectly shipped. When that happens, their customer service is non-existent. Response times are terrible. I have been waiting for weeks for someone to help address my last issue.
Sorry end to long relationship with wine vendor
It pains me that a vendor that I had shopped with in full confidence for over 10 years suddenly did the 180. Their customer service replies to emails had always been less than 48 hours. All went downhill for my experience since January 23. I had made 5 separate purchases since 9/1/2025 and had them hold the orders until I am ready for one shipment. I had done this numerous times in the past. I have emailed 3 times since 1/23, and one phone message left on 2/10. Nothing. I just called Chase bank that issued my credit card to file my dispute on the purchases. I urge everyone to call their banks to do the same.
Pitiful customer support
There was a billing error. Emailed five times. Left 5 voicd mails. CRICKETS !!!! Their customer support is an oxymoron ! Truly pitiful.
ZERO Customer Service
I was introduced to Last Bottle several months ago and have placed multiple orders. My most recent received order was from their annual blowout. Whilst they were very clear that any orders placed during that time wouldn’t be fulfilled until late January. I was certainly fine with that. I received the bottle and upon opening the packaging it immediately appeared that the bottle was leaking. This was evidenced by the the leak within the packaging along with the side of the bottle , and an elevated ( raised ) cork. I have sent three follow-up emails to the Last Bottle only for them not to be acknowledged. I understand that they do not have a direct person to person contact , but the overall customer experience is not good. I’m reluctant in continuing any business with them. The deals are great but if you are looking for accountability ( service standards ) you unfortunately are not going to find that with this company.
Terrible way to run a business
An error was made in my order which was immediately corrected on line. I tried repeatedly to contact the company to confirm the correction but it refused to acknowledge the problem, correct it or respond in any way. What a terrible way to run a business!
