My circumstances were slightly unusual but Michael understood my situation and his advice was sound at all stages of the application for a RIO mortgage. I was very confident that he identified the best mortgage product for me. From my initial enquiry to completion he was always prompt to answer any queries that arose by email and on the phone. He followed up on issues with the lender and the legal team when needed to ensure that the transaction was completed on schedule. I highly recommend LLF to anyone considering their options when it comes to raising mortgage funds in retirement.

Paul Murphy was great listened to what I required re being able to pay the interest each month and overpaying on amount borrowed as and when I could. He found me a great deal with Canada life with the added bonus of downsizing in 5 years with no penalty’s
