My order has not arrived and I have emailed this company again and again. Also messaged via instagram and even emailed their MD to try and get a response. Still nothing. Next steps is trading standards for not supplying goods but taking my money

Goods ordered 27th January.apparently dispatched 28th although yodel are saying they’re still with the sender. Today’s the 14th February and I’ve been messaging since the 7th February with no response. Customer services seems to be someone called Katie. Do not enough people work here? Is that the problem??

I ordered a Christmas advent calendar in November. I spent £100 and not only has the parcel not arrived as of today, January 2nd, I have received no response following my request refund. This is my first experience with latest in beauty and needless to say it has not been a positive one.

The 2024 latest in beauty advent calendar was amazing! Products were either full sized or really good sized and very good premium brands I was so impressed. Enjoyed opening this calendar a lot and wasn’t disappointed with any door which I opened. I hope it’s just as good in 2025!

I received the British Beauty Week - The Essentials a month ago and been loving trying all the products! There was so many goodies I already love inside and new things to try as well. Super happy, thank you Taylor! These Boxes just get better and better with every new release!

Take you chances with ordering as Yodel is the carrier! Parcel just let on doorstep, tracking was useless. Concept of box good but shabby packaging. Email communication only, just a marketing company making money. I personally would not order again better boxes and customer service with other companies. Lots of email communication but I simply feel they don’t care.

Absolutely adore Latest in Beauty edits. Always jam packed with fabulous skincare, haircare, makeup, bodycare and beauty tools. They are such good value for money.
The customer service is fantastic, whenever I’ve had an issue it’s been sorted out promptly by the lovely team.

I was sent a discount code for £28 off plus free p&p but when I tried to use it, it only deducted £26. I contacted their support team who advised that they had made a mistake in sending me an email saying £28 and they would not honour it. What a money grabbing company who were not willing to give the extra £2 that they had originally offered, I was going to spend around £140 on their Beauty Calendar but will now go somewhere else to buy one

Purchased a beauty box which did arrive in good time. However one product had been changed for a bar of soap, much cheaper than the body butter I had asked for.
Customer service did apologise and said it might have been a technical error at their end but that was that!
Took the soap to the charity shop.

After being a subscriber for many years I was initially disappointed when they stopped offering the subscriber monthly box. I enjoyed choosing my products and was hesitant to continue. But I have been pleasantly surprised. The boxes are great value for money and I have bought many edits twice over in some cases. They are well worth the cost and are great for gifts and my family and friends have all benefited. Its nice that Latest in Beauty appreciate it's loyal customers (which is rare now) by offering 15% discount on all boxes and further offers are always available. I even received a free Box with one offer !

Love the LIB boxes! Beautiful products, such a great way to trial some new and established brands. The only downside is having to hide it from my daughter as she likes to 'share' my products!

I’ve just received my latest LIB box What’s Hot Summer Edition & I’m so excited! I love the fact that I can buy when I want to without committing to a regular monthly subscription, as it makes getting the box feel like a perfect gift to myself. So many products to use & so many full sizes. Love being able to try new things & receive some trusted favourites.

It is always hard to make time for self-care with our busy lives so I look forward to getting a collections box once in a while and it is such a treat. Always lots to choose from and there is sometimes a discount or free delivery which makes it even better value so keep your eyes peeled! Great range of products and sometimes bonus extras. They also make great presents for others as there is something for everyone.
