I saw a bunch of colors of this bag at a boutique in Colorado and they were gorgeous! So I ordered this one online when I got home and I highly caution against buying anything from this brand online, ever! This bag arrived defective 2 times and I waited weeks for them to receive the return, process it, and ship the "replacement." It reeked of some disgusting, foul smelling and its not packed correctly and the leather is cracking and smashed in and no amount of stuffing or filling it helps. The customer service was the absolute rudest, most unhelpful customer service I have ever received. Zero support, apologies, or anything! They could have cared less about the defects or making it right. I have dozens of leather bags and was going to buy this in every color because the ones I saw in Clorado were so cute in person, but never again with this brand! I have no words for what a bad experience this was and what an awful brand Laticio is.

I’ve ordered several bags from them and they have all been reasonably priced and the leather is terrific. It’s buttery soft. Many of their bags have built in card slots so you don’t need a wallet. American company and bags are NOT made in China. Speedy delivery also

Just got the Mason Leather Crossbody Bag in color tan. Really like it so far, and great size. I also liked the interactive online sizing chart when I was choosing my bag. Leather is very soft, and I like all the pockets.

I bought the Adventurer bag and when I received it, it had this awful chemical smell that fills a room, the smell lingers in your mouth as well. From what I gather the bags made in India have this problem due to the dye they use. The company has a 30 day return policy but I want people to know what they're going to get if they get this bag. I read the reviews but no one mentions that awful kerosene like smell and I don't understand it. I looked for the review that I had submitted with the problem but my review doesn't show up.

I purchased the Crosby/sling (sky blue) crossbody handbag and it is exactly like it looked online and advertised on Instagram. The leather is very soft, the color is as depicted on the online pictures on their website, The bag is well made. The online order was delivered on time by UPS. No complaints.

Latico is literally in my top three brands as far as handbags. The quality is superb. I ordered the Sussex backpack in orange and I will literally be wearing this bag until it is literally threads. It is perfect and I could not have asked for a better backpack. Highly recommend and I will definitely be ordering again very soon! You guys rock! Also super super fast shipping!!!
